Becoming less reactive is a big part of growth & decreasing stress. Sometimes this type of avoidance can be looked at as lack of interest or uncaring, but it isnāt. If you let everything get you worked up, youāre damaging your mind, body & soul

So i know a lot of people probably won't see this but i need to get this off my chest:
I saw a lot of armenians claiming that they are in need of help, that Azerbaijan (allied with Turkey) attacked Armenia. Which is so RIDICULOUS it would make me laugh if i didn't see so many pictures and videos from Azerbaijan. And do you know what their content are? It's full of destruction, death, blood and many other things. I will share some of the ones i found and they might be triggering for you but it's the truth.
I don't think i need to explain thatāļø
TW: VIOLENCE!
But thisš
This is Timur Xaligov carrying his TEN MONTH OLD daughter, Narin, who was killed with five other relatives, including her mother Sevil, when a rocket hit their home during the fighting over the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh, in the city of Ganja, Azerbaijan October 17, 2020.

And thisš;

Is Madina, she was ONE YEAR OLD. She was killed the same day as Narin, with her parents. Her elder sister is the only survivor of their family.
These are just little examples of the destruction that Armenians are doing out there. Their thirst for turkish blood existed a hundred years ago and it still remains.
This is not a war beacause even a war has morals. This is what is called murder, or with this rate: genocide.
My religion says that even in war you do not kill babies or women or destroy your enemies' houses. You do not destroy their culture, their language. You do not destroy their prayer place. You do not take away their loved ones, you do not rape them, you do not kill their loved ones in front of them. You do not engage in their praying.
I don't know how this is like in other religions or cultures. And i don't know what you think. But this shouldn't be ignored. IT CAN'T BE IGNORED. Everyone says that racism shouldn't exist but while ignoring this you're being racist. You are helping more babies like Madina and Narin get killed.
So please, i am begging you, reblog this and help raise awareness. If i made something wrong in this post somewhere please tell me so that i can make it right. But don't be silent.
And if these pictures don't bother you, then you are in need of help.

I am unable to describe exactly what is the matter with me; now and then there are horrible fits of anxiety, apparently without cause, or otherwise a feeling of emptiness and fatigue in the head.

the biggest lesson im learning is that nothing is as extreme or as permanent as our emotions convince us they are. nothing is certain and things are always fluctuating and there are always exceptions and there are always mistakes. there is always pain and there is always love. everything is a delicate touch away from changing
