🌧️☁️ Rainy Day Fun for Littles! 🌈
When it’s too wet to play outside, it’s time to make the inside just as fun! Here are some super sweet and cozy things you can do when the rain’s tapping on the windows:
🖍️ 1. Color Your Heart Out Grab your favorite coloring books or just some blank paper and crayons. Draw rainbows, puddles, or even make your own silly creatures that love the rain! 🌈
 2. Bake a Little Treat Make cookies, cupcakes, or even simple no-bake treats. Get messy with frosting and sprinkles! Don’t forget to share your creation with your stuffed animals or family! 🍩
🎶 3. Rainy Day Playlist Dance Party Put on some cheerful songs and dance around the living room! Don’t worry about the rain outside; inside is the perfect place for a wiggle-filled jam session. 🎧
🧸 4. Build a Cozy Blanket Fort Gather all your blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals to build the fluffiest, most magical fort you can. Then, curl up inside with a book or your favorite movie. 🏰
📖 5. Read, Read, Read! Rainy days are the perfect excuse to snuggle up with a pile of books. Read some favorite stories or explore new ones. Or, listen to an audiobook while you cuddle in your blanket nest. 📚
🎨 6. Crafty Creations Make some rainy-day crafts like paper raindrops, rainbows, or little cloud mobiles. Use colorful paper, glue, glitter, and stickers to make it fun and sparkly! ✂️
🎥 7. Movie Marathon with Snacks Pick out your favorite movies, grab some popcorn, and settle in for a movie marathon! You can even pick a theme, like “superheroes” or “silly animals.” 🍿
🐾 8. Have a Stuffie Parade Give each of your plushies their own name and personality, then line them up for a fun little parade around your living room. They can even have their own dance-off! 🧸
☁️ 9. Make a Rainy Day Journal Draw pictures or write about your favorite rainy day memories. You can even include a list of things you love about the rain, like puddles and the sound of raindrops tapping on the window. 🌧️
☕ 10. Have a Tea Party Set up a tea party with your stuffed friends, dolls, or family. Serve pretend tea, cookies, and snacks, and chat with your guests about the weather. 🫖
Rainy days don’t have to be dull. They’re just a chance to slow down and enjoy the coziness of being inside. Stay warm, stay snuggled, and make the most of your day indoors! 💖🌟

being a gross kid regressor ~because children can be gross and that's normal~
Shoving a crayon/small object up your nose
spending hours playing in the dirt
wanting to show your caregiver all the cool worms and bugs you found but they think they're gross
"cool, is that thing dead!?!?!?"
your caregiver telling you to wash your hands every 10 minutes because you touched something gross without realising it
Saying poo, pee, toilet or another word like it and thinking it's the funniest thing ever
"[CG] COME LOOK AT THIS POOP I MADE!!!"
just getting your spit over everything
your hands are just always sticky
someone needing to stop you from picking your nose, and then you vehemently deny the allegation you were gonna eat it (you would have)
"oh my god that smells horrible" *goes to smell it again*

I feel like the agere community has a tendency to only look at the sweet and innocent parts of age regression and sideline regressors who experience the other parts
I've even seen it get to the point where regressors ignore the fact that actual children have lives that are not all sunshine and rainbows. Someone posted a picture of a children's book called 'the night dad went to jail' saying it was gross and the creator was a horrible person for making the book. I actually read the book and it was an incredibly sweet book with many explanations about what jail is, why people go there and had reassurances that it's not at all the kids fault if a parent goes to jail and that the parent still loves them very much.
Children who go through possibly traumatizing events should not be pushed out of children's spaces to 'preserve the innocence' of other children. They are still children and are still deserving of a childhood.
Also children are not these incredibly fragile creatures that cannot handle learning about bad things. Yes you should be very gentle when teaching them but not teaching them can also do a lot of harm. Teaching them about some bad things can make them more prepared to process those events if they do ever happen to them. In cases like abuse the child being taught what abuse looks like can be integral in helping them know when they are being abused and help them to tell an adult
Your regression can be whatever you want it to be but understand that actual children's experiences can differ from that and that many childrens spaces will not be as innocent as you may expect them to be and that's not a bad thing

baby bottles 101!
Baby bottles can be really fun and a great way to stay hydrated but there are a few things you should keep in mind:
💖 Baby Bottles come in a lot of different sizes and shapes and especially the tips come in a lot of varities. And you‘ll probally like some types more than others and it‘s completly fine if you need to try out a few different ones before you find a bottle you really like
🩵 Bottles are neither pacis nor teethers or chewies. Avoid biting and chewing on the tip because that can damage it and also don’t suck on the bottle after you finished drinkink and it‘s empty since there might still be some liquid in it and that can be really bad for your teeth
💜 You can drink almost anything you want from a bottle, not just milk, tough very thick drinks like smoothies might not work very well. Also always be carefull about the temperature and remember to brush your teeth!
🤍 Make sure to clean your bottle after every use! For cleaning, take your bottle completly apart and clean everything individually. Wait for it to completly dry before reassembeling
💛 At minimum wash your bottle with dishsoap and warm water and make sure to scrub every part of it. Check before if you can put your bottle in the dishwasher, and if you can that‘s a great option too. Just note that this can change the color and texture of the bottle and especially the tip
💚 If you have a fully functioning immunesystem you don‘t have to sterilize your bottle. If you want to tough, you can do so by taking the bottle apart, putting all the parts into a pot with boiling water and cooking them for five minutes. Wait until it has all cooled down before touching them and be carefull when doing this!
🧡 Avoid using steel wool for cleaning, since it can scratch the bottle up, especially the volume-markings and any pictures prited on the bottle!
🩷 Don‘t leave drinks like milk that can go bad really fast out for long. If you can‘t drink it all at once, make sure to put your bottle in the fridge
🩵 If the tip get‘s damaged, make sure to replace it as quickly as possible. Luckily most manufacturers sell replacement tips that you can get. Just make sure you remember the brand and model your bottle is from!
Note: Do not get bottles or any other Little Gear if it puts you in a unsafe situation

👑Tips for littles on a budget👑
This is some tips for tinies (or carers looking for gifts for kiddos) on a budget! Of course you don't need any gear to be a good regressor but a lot of us like toys etc. and it's okay to want them!
🧸thrift stores, a lot of thrift stores have toys and plushies, sometimes they are a bit broken or dirty but there are lots of tutorials on YouTube for cleaning and restoring plushies and toys🧸
🐾e-books, you can find kids books online as e-books which are often pretty cheap or you can watch tiktoks of people reading those books🐾
🩷diy onesies, a lot of regressors like onesies but the prices are pretty steep, if you can't afford them don't fret! Its super easy and affordable to make one yourself all you need is an old t-shirt and snap buttons plus a way to attach them, just get a big t-shirt, sweatshirt or even hoodie and add 2-4 snap buttons in the crotch, boom you have a super cute and discreet onesie!🩷
🧸diy toys, there are lots of toys you can make yourself either by sewing or crafting and there's lot soft videos on YouTube for it, or get creative🧸
🐾mobile games, I love to play video games when im regressed but game consoles are expensive so free mobile games are a great alternative🐾
🩷dollar store etc, while you shouldn't rely on stores or websites that use cheap labor for everything it's okay to make exceptions every now and then, especially for toys, pacis, sippy cups and similar🩷
🧸pull ups, instead of cute printed diapers get big kid pull-ups in the baby-section or medical diapers from a drugstore, they are less then half the price of a pack of adult diapers from brands like tears etc.🧸
🐾learn to diy, making things yourself is often the most affordable thing to do, not with everything obviously but with a lot of things, learn as much stuff as you can so you can make lots of gear yourself🐾
🩷look for affordable stores, lots of paci stores on Instagram are very affordable and the ones that aren't often have sales so keep an eye out for that, lots of shops also have promoter codes they are happy for you to use, for example with my code 'bunnybab' you get a small discount at pacisbybunnie and cozypacicorner🩷
🧸buy second hand, thrift stores are a great place but if you want little specific stuff looking on vinted, swoop or even insta is a great idea! Lots of people sell gear they no longer connect with🧸

Fun fact of the day: Bluey's pilot was only a minute long and never actually aired

Teethers 101!
💖 Teethers are toys that are made to be chewed on (other than Pacis, which are designed to be sucked on). They are called Teethers because they can help relief jaw and tooth aches, especially from new teeths breaking through!
🩵 Most teethers are made from silicone, but some are also made from rubber, hard plastic or wood. These materials will have different textures and you might need to experiment with which you prefer
💛 Teethers come in a lot of different shapes. The most common one is probally simple rings but some also look like animals or have more of a stick-shape. Some are smooth while others have some additional texture. Which one you like most is again gonna boil down to personal preference
💜 Some Teethers are filled with liquid and can be cooled in the fridge or freezer. This can be both nice for sensory stimulation and help with pain. Just be carefull if you freeze your teether since very cold temperatures can hurt you
💚 Make sure to regularly clean your teether! The best way to do this is with dish soap, warm water and a lot of scrubbing. Some teethers can be put into the dishwashers, but always check if your teether can before putting it in the dishwasher
❤️ While you don‘t necessarily need to sterilize your teether if you have a fully functioning immunesystem, you can do so by placing it in boiling water for five minutes. Wait for it to fully cool down before touching it again and be very carefull while doing this
🤍 Make sure to regularly check your teether for damage and to replace it as fast as possible if it get‘s damaged or really gross
Please do not get Teethers or other Little Gear if it puts you into a unsafe situation

Some gengar and friends coloring sheets! Gengar is one of my favorite Pokémon, I'd love to know yours if you have one ^^
(If you don't want to/can't print out a picture, you can set the blending mode to multiply and color on a layer underneath it)

When to Replace Little Gear
💖 Little Gear is really fun! But also it get‘s damaged sometimes, so here is a rough guide of when it’s time to replace some common items:
💜 Baby Bottles: Replace the nipple if it has tears or holes, is strongly discolored, is getting gross no matter how much you clean it or starts to smell. Replace the whole bottle if the bottle has cracks or holes, starts to smell or there has been mold growing inside If you use your bottle a lot, you‘ll probally have to replace the nipple several times a year
🩵 Pacifier: You need to replace you paci if the nipple has tears or holes, is discolored, starts to smell or is gross and sticky no matter how much you clean it. You should also replace it if the shield get‘s broken or has cracks in it. If you have a decorated paci and decorations fall off, you can continue to use it if it‘s otherwise still intact If you use your paci a lot you‘ll probally have to replace the nipple (or whole paci if the nipple isn‘t removable) every few months
💚 Teethers: Replace your teethers if it has cracks or tears, starts to smell weird or starts getting gross even if you clean it Teethers are more sturdy but especially if you use it frequently, you may want to replace it once or twice a year
🧡 Plastic and Silicone Dishware in general: (for example plates, spoons, cups, bottles or lunchboxes) Replace it if it starts to smell, has strong discolorations or cracks or there has been mold growing on it. It will probally need to be replaced after a few months to years
❤️ Glass, ceramik and metal Dishware: You need to replace these if they crack or splinter or rust Otherwise these will last for decades if not centuries
💖 In general make sure to use things as long as safely possible, but always be carefull. Having to replace something because it becomes unsafe or gross to use is not bad, it happens to all of us. If you don‘t yet want to completly throw out a item, you can give it a good clean, put it into a zip lock bag and store it somewhere until you are ready to throw it away
