Listen, it's all well and good to ask for and expect accommodations. If you have some kind of disability or trigger/trauma, especially regarding communication, then by all means, let people know so they can act accordingly. But if they're giving you that grace, then you also have to extend it to them. People can't treat you right just because you have a neurodivergent label. If you don't treat someone right, don't expect them to treat you right in return.
