So, this a sequel for the last art I made, for what I'm calling the Traitor Arc. I want to write about it but I'm not sure when it would happen.

Anyways, more ramblings!

In the beginning, before Donita also gave up, the other villains were not pleased with Zach at ALL for working alongside the Kratts instead of against them. Not only angry, but also worried. Zach might not be the most competent villain out there but he's dangerous in the heroes' side. He was one of the most active villains, and provided weapons and machinery for other villains as well. Without him, not only they won't recieve machines that only he could build, but he also can rat out their secrets and plans to the heroes.

But, noticing that he was getting closer to Chris, they gave him two choices: either kill/mindcontrol Chris to destroy the heroes from inside, or the villains would deal with both of them. Zach does not want to do this, as he had surprisingly been feeling better in these few months than all his time as a villain, he doesn't want to betray Chris' trust, and also he knows the WK would end him, but there was no much he could do at this point.

Hey, a couple questions for the Antihero AU:

- what would the team be like if they encounter alternate versions of themselves, be it as gentle as they are in canon, as eco-terrorists (something I might do as an AU), or even as full blown villains?

- does the rest of the team feel or even know that Chris is developing feelings for Zach? How would they think/feel about it?

For the first question: meeting versions of them that are nice and heroic would probably make them nostalgic and melancholic, remembering the people they used to be, but never can return to.

For any kind of evil version (as they have a strict code of not harming innocent people) , they would be met with as much kindness and mercy as they treat their new vilains-

For the second one: ....WELL-

In the beginning, none of them (except maybe Aviva and Koki) were against Chris going to negociate and convince Zach to... not be evil. There was a strong feeling of distrust, but they did decide to give a chance for the villains to change, so for some time, it was left as that.

At first, it really was just a matter of business.

But then the two of them would slowly get closer, opening up about their lifes and even insecurities, and a bond of mutual trust is formed.

The team would absolutely notice that Chris would start defending Zach more often and speak of him with certain softness, even keeping a few secrets, and the feelings are a mixed bag.

Jimmy is actually happy that they did manage to convince a villain without violence, even if he feels it's a little weird that Zach gave up so easily.

Koki decides not to get involved, though she is very, very suspicious of this sudden change.

Martin is trying to be happy about it but he still can't shake the worry about his brother getting hurt somehow.

Now Aviva? She's frightened and furious.

Chris refuses to tell her about the new projects (as Zach made him promise he'd not tell anyone) and she is finding it hard to believe one of their most annoying and stubborn villains just decided to give up like that, after a talk. She's worried that Chris might end up hurt or turned into some kind of mind-controlled henchman at the end of all this, and is afraid that Zach is only using him to get what he wants.

... in the other hand Gourmand, Donita (before being convinced) and the other villains would not be happy that Zach changed sides, but that's a story for another day-

...I think I never really said it, but I hated Creature Chris' original design, to be honest. I really feel like that wasn't my best work, that it was a little lazy (at least for me) and that I could improve it. So I decided to give him a well-deserved redesign!

There he is!!!

There's some elements I wanted to keep, but I decided to make his design less busy and more coherent for a shapeshifter, and I really, REALLY liked the result!

Maybe I'll redraw some of the scenes, I'd like to re-do the first post I made of the au, but what do you think?

And I ended up putting a little touch on it...

He's a deer satyr!

I think he and Chris would be good friends growing up- someone had to show the ropes, after all. Like most creatures, he takes clothes, objects and food from humans that leave them there.... in a way or another. He doesn't make much questions, as he knows there are way less peaceful monsters out there and he wants no part in that.

Also I tried a new way of shading, instead of the one I usually go for... not sure if I should try it more times.

Also I like to think Chris can adapt and shift his body to have animal characteristics he thinks that fit in the situation. If he needs to be intimidating, he gets claws, fangs, extra arms, spikes, etc. If he just wants to nap? Big ball of fluff.

Technically for the forest au thing, would martin be able to turn into a seal and go onto land to visit Chris?

I'm just imagining Chris carrying around a little seal now because of this lol

Martin can't stay outside the water for long,or else he starts struggling to breathe. I'd say he can stay out for a few hours, if in a semi-aquatic form, even if the animal in question breathes air.

Having said that...

Some scenes of the episode Lullaby in Frogland (with slight changes) because this AU took over my brain... I have to think on more scenes and concepts for it, it's so fun-

I wanted to draw Zach but haven't decided how he would look, birds are hard to draw and I got lazy... I will draw him tho!... sometime... I think.

...if I had a nickel for everytime I drew Donita as a spider-like character, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that happened twice.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THE WRATH OF THE WILD IS OVER, IT WAS AMAZING! (who will be Nigel's visitor?) So, I was wondering what "post-suit-damaged Martin" would be like, what did his body look like after that? I loved the story! :3

So, besides the multiple wounds and scars, both of them have a scar made by the suits. Chris' scar is way smaller since he used the suit for less time. Both look... wilder, with sharp teeth and eyes similar to the Tazzy form. But their senses (like hearing and smell) slowly came back to normal.

Martin also have scars on his sides, where the arms of the hybrid (also known as 'creepy-cool') form were. Almost like they were... real...

Chris would hide most of his scars (like the bite and claw marks) from his brother, to not make him feel even more guilty. Martin only knows about the ones in his eye (for now...)

Also! Nigel's visitor will be revealed in the sequel! And if you thought Nigel was bad... well...

Hello, I have a question. What are the rest of the villains in your Creature Chris au are they like monsters or human? And I hope you have a good day or night.

I have been thinking a lot about them, tbh, but I couldn't figure out some of them, only the main three so far.

Starting with Zach, he would be a dragon-like person (dragonborn... kinda???).

I like to think he created a whole business and even got a few buildings and houses while in a human disguise. He collects and hoards treasure, that he then uses to make automatons (basically the Greek Mythology version of robots and devices) that hunt for him and serve him. Here, he's way less of a villain, working for any side that pays him best, and usually leaving the scene before it can blow up in his face. He was born a human, but never reveals how he became like this.

I think he and Chris met when they were teenagers, they are not exactly friends, but aren't enemies either.

WARNING FOR ARACHNOPHOBIA

Human with traits of spider, it's not very realistic, but just to be safe.

Donita would be an Arachne-type spider creature, that lives in a big cave deep in the forest. She makes beautiful clothes with her silk, but the only problem, is that it's magic and can be used to control people's minds. She mostly uses it to make humans be obcessed with her clothes and want to buy more and more, but sometimes she can use it to make them work for her.

Gourmand, honestly, is the one that changed the least. He is a human, and a chef, but instead of hunting rare animals, he goes after... bigger fish.

A creature hunter, in a few words.

I still have no idea of what to do for Paisley, Rex and Dabio, and haven't decided about Koki and Jimmy, either (Aviva would be a human), and yes, I'm accepting suggestions-

omg wait but with the au where both Chris and Martin are forest creatures;

Idk if they're like immortal or have normal human lifespans, but imagine if after decades, maybe centuries of being apart depending on their lifespans, they meet Aviva. Aviva can somehow make them both human temporarily, like reverse CPS.

They're finally able to hug each other and be together after an eternity apart.

I'M SOBBING

I think that they both have normal lifespans, they were human before they were 'cursed', and maybe they even knew Aviva before that. And when she hears about what happened, she starts her studies and projects, combining science and magic. After years, she manages to make two vests- similar to the CPS, but instead of turning a human into a creature, it turns a creature into a human. She also gives them some clothes. It's not perfect, as they still had a few creature traits, but... it worked.

The brothers take a while to get used to human form again, especially Martin, since it had been years, decades, even, since he last walked on land and breathed air.

But all of that is worth it, in the end.

Do you have a plan for who could be Sara in your OTGW au? My first thought was that it could be Jimmy, since they have similar personalities (as far as I remember, it's been a little while so I might be off lol).

I didn't really think of an Sara (as in, a love interest) for this au, to be honest. But I did plan to make the Tortuga crew as Martin's friends from school.

Meanwhile, the villains would be characters from The Unknown.

Zach would be Beatrice, Donita would be Adelaide (with Dabio probably being some kind of assistant, I think), Gourmand would be the Woodsman, and Rex and Paisley would be Quincy Endicott and Margueritte Grey (the couple from the episode Mad Love).

....SOOOOOOO. This is not really a new au, more of a... Au of an Au...?

Long story short, me and @concook20 were once again talking about aus, and ended up coming with a idea for Anti Hero, in which the bros are captured by different villains and Chris ends up becoming a henchman/test subject for scientists.

(More ramblings bellow)

Basically, the scientists simply erased his memories, to the point he don't even remember his own name. Added to that, they put a device on him (that, among other things, changed his eyes to a dull silvery grey) , that can send him instructions and directions directly to his brain, and even control how he feels.

They need him for testing, wanting to see how far can a human surrender to animal instinct and DNA before becoming an animal. He even receives an modified version of the CPS, that is way less safe and even painful to use, sometimes, due to shocking.

The crew had been searching for him and trying to help Martin, but the former was more dificult since the scientists simply vanished and didn't leave traces. They spend almost one year trying to find him, and when they do... he don't recognize them.

Martin, who had been rescued much earlier, tries to get him out of there, make him remember... only for a single instruction to flare in his mind.

Kill.

There's more to this story but I might need to make another post, so maybe another time!

I love the idea of Martin and Chris sort of switching roles in a way in the Forest Creature Chris au.

Like, Martin is still absolutely protective of his little bro!...

...But now that little bro is bigger than him and scarier than him, and now he's the one being protected most of the time.

Imagine being a villain fighting against a hero and suddenly a eldritch horror who happens to be his little brother decides to join in

It would be something very new and strange for Martin, the last time he had seen his brother was as a kid, and now he's grown and doesn't need care and protection anymore and now he's the one being protected... for the most he appreciates it, he can't help but feel that he failed to keep him out of danger.

I love your little forest creature Chris, and hear me out;

Martin also gets turned into a creature, but his is aquatic/oceanic. But the problem is that neither brother can leave their "realms". Martin can't go on land, and Chris cant leave his forest. Or if he can leave his forest, he cant swim. They're forced to live in separate worlds, so close yet so far away.

Okay ouch- BUT I really like that...

Both brothers becoming creatures to keep the other safe, not knowing the other also made the deal amd now they will forever be apart-

This is the design I came up with for Martin, he can easily go from salt to fresh water, so he often goes to visit his brother in his forest, but never hug him or go on adventures like they used to.

... BUT WHAT IF-

Martin can't get out of water, not even in animal form, however Chris...

They found a loophole. Chris can use the form of semiaquatic animals to visit and hang out with his brother. He can't breathe underwater, and he's not really good at swimming, but Martin makes sure he's safe at all times.

Hey, just wanted to ask about the antihero au: how would the Wild Kratts Team handle a influencer/streamer type villain who wants to use the crew's violent as leverage to take them down?

Also can they rate my WK protagonist OC's?

- Michael Pyrceham - a tech/computer savvy character with a penchant for is able to turn scraps and garbage into working stuff, like a middle-lower class Tony Stark.

- Faith Sunwalker - medical/veterinary expert who adheres zealously to the Hippocratic oath, even if it gets her and/or the team into trouble sometimes.

- Z3K3 and J3RR1 - 2 robots that both Michael and Faith built to help and the team in every way possible (as a sidenote: J3RR1 can only speak in references from movies, audiobooks, video games, and TV shows).

"They seem to be excelent allies for a more peaceful and gentle version of ourselves, we wish you luck in your future missions."

Hey cloud, had a bit of a vision regarding the Antihero AU.

Basically a crossover between the Antihero Kratts and the Legends of Zoera where at least the latter - while happy that Zach and Donita 'reformed' - would try to help them remember about 'being strong enough to be gentle', especially between the two Aviva's since Antihero Aviva seems to be leaning more into Zach's pre-reformation mindset. Maybe this may or may not come in handy when two of the Legends of Zoera villains (Amelia Cutter and Averica) try to take them all out there and then.

She would get... a little angry...
