The constant usage of intersex bodies as some sort of insult. This is almost always directed towards men.

"You have small balls" - microorchidsm being used as an insult to mean "cowardly."

"No balls" - testicular agenesis, cryptorchidism, or having ovaries instead being used as an insult to mean "cowardly."

"Small dick energy/big dick energy" - penile hypoplsia, penile agenesis, and congenital buried penises being used as an insult to mean "bad character" or "bad in bed."

"Low testosterone/high testosterone" - hypoandrogenism being used as an insult to mean "cowardly/pathetic."

Not to mention that these can apply to perisex transgender or transsex people as well. And its also clearly misogynystic, of course.

But either way, its blatantly intersexist. Intersex bodies are treated as a joke or as some misfortune.
