Telly!

Object head monster with an old colour television for head; humanoid body. Plant sprout grows on head in place of antenna.

GENERAL:

-The volume of her voice changes if you turn a knob on her face. Though, she has a mouth with considerably sharp teeth on her belly that is solely used to devour physical food. Other than that, it’s possible for her to live off photosynthesis and electrical charge.

-Her very passionate hobby is to grow and take care of as many different types of flora and fauna as possible here in the underground, something that isn’t always easy given the lack of sunlight available. Still, she makes do with the unusual conditions by filling her custom greenhouse (that isn’t made of glass) with growing lamps.

-Primarily pastel coloured, and wears comfortable Harajuku-style clothes. Seems to be a faulty product, as her screen flickers and glitches out frequently. Makes very soft, faint VHS static noises when thinking, or at times while sleeping (snoring?).

-Being a complete wall flower, she’s sewn herself a frumpy sock-puppet that she can talk through to others while wearing it on her hand. The sock-puppet is apparently named Julianus Von Sockingham. (Lovingly nicknamed Stitches by a certain lazy skeleton. May have been too much of a mouthful.)

-Hardly goes outside at the start of the game, as she finds the reminder of being trapped underground rather depressing. Has thus isolated herself from most of the community and earned herself a reputation of being somewhat of an oddball. She secretly longs to have access to the vast surface one day, and to be free.

*Telly is busy contemplating plausible ship names.

“ —Nope, sorry! NEXT! Too loud, too… everything. I’m short circuiting just contemplating it. Besides, isn’t he already dating himself? Wouldn’t be able to compete with the latest and most advanced™ in underground technology, would I? ”

*She’s FROWNING from the sheer intensity of Mettaton’s imaginary yet glamourous celebrity glow.

“HUH? W-w-what? I don’t…. No, Sans and I are just… pals, that’s all! A great monster like that? He’s too… out of my league, haha. (rubbing the back of her neck, awkward side- glance) … Anyway, stop making things weird, alright?”

*An air of WEIRDNESS fills the atmosphere. It smells like insecurity.

“ …Oh? (giggles) — I know somebody who wouldn’t be pleased to hear that. Grillby’s nice, but… nah. I’m no dirty boyfriend stealer.”

*Telly is amused but remains a loyal FRIEND.
