you ever think about enies lobby and about when franky told robin that "to exist is not a sin" and to him it's about what he creates - battleships, weapons - and whether they're dangerous depends on who is handling them and that belief stems from what he learnt from tom, the man that bullt roger's oro jackson - but then to robin existing has always been so painful to that point because of the internalisation of how she herself is a dangerous weapon due to her knowledge etc., being labelled the devil child and having been told from early on that she shouldn't exist and it must have been so hard for her to believe saul when he said that people would care for her one day because even if she would still be dangerous for them to be around - and then there's luffy and crew who love her and she loves them so much she wants to die for them but they're not having that so instead she wants to live and be with them and she's choosing to fight for her life instead of giving it up because her existence is wanted and don't even get me started on how that theme carries over to the whole rescuing ace arcs because it just dials it up to eleven. it's good that you're alive and there's people that love you so much unconditionally and existing is not a sin it's what you choose to do

I cannot tell you the context, but there is a small dialogue interaction in the most recent anime chapter where Chopper says something confident and reassuring and Zoro tells him “That’s my man!~”

And I love that so much.

Chopper and Zoro had been bff since day 1 and i love them SO MUCH.

This remimded me of this (one of my very first screenshots that i never posted but never had the heart to delete) when Chopper fools the enemy for the first time and Zoro is there hyping him and looking so proud like 'how fast they grow'

he’s a natural sweetheart and he’s just so in awe of you that he can’t actually form sentences

everyone on the team knows and CONSTANTLY teases him. like daichi and asahi will be elbowing him when you walk by or noya and tanaka will push him into you cause they don’t know how to function

if oikawa has a crush on you, he acts nothing like he does with his fangirls

he’s sweet and genuine with you. he’s not really flirty or flashy with you cause he really likes you and doesn’t wanna mess this up

he’ll make time for you to do simple things, like maybe just go hang out at a coffee shop or study. if you don’t really know each other, he’ll ask you for help on an assignment or give you a genuine compliment about something he noticed that day

iwa’s constantly teasing him about how soft he gets around you, but he can’t really help it? you bring out the good in him, and you bring out his true self

honestly iwa wants to see you two together. he likes the calming and actually pleasant affect you have on his best friend

if you ever show up to one of his games, his eyes are on you almost the whole time. he plays better, but not to show off, but because you just make him feel good and happy
