i hate that i just joined last night and was barely able to do anything then and now i’m unfortunately realizing that i will be away for the weekend and probably won’t be active until sunday night or monday. i feel terrible and chose such a poor time to join but i am still so excited to write with you all; my chloe muse is hella strong! i’ll more than likely be around in ims if you want to plot until i’m capable of doing dash interactions so please don’t be shy !!

1973. policing was much different in 1973. it was amazing how much technology had advanced in just over forty years and how much she had come to rely on it all. the date didn’t change the fact that people were out there murdering each other and yet everything else was completely unfamiliar to the homicide detective. she had to relearn the job all over again and just as she had finally gotten used to it back in 2017. hearing the other’s words all she could do was nod in agreement. “you read my mind. like the strongest, tallest one they’ve got.” back home the words would have shocked anyone overhearing the blonde speak; she was normally poised and on the straight and narrow but here --- here she needed much more than just one measly drink.

A mutant registry made Dani’s blood run cold and she wrapped her arms around herself to keep from shuddering. She hadn’t been here in 1973 for very long– she had mostly kept to herself. But Dani kept up with what was happening. “I need a drink. Right now.”
