Lil Nas X’s social media is just filled with people making homophobic jokes just to get some clout and attention. And now you understand why many lgbt artists try to remain closeted as long as they can. It’s irritating and depressing. An extra added layer of bullshit lgbt artists have to face. Couple that with Lil Nas X also facing racism for being black.

A lot of lgbt artists feel like there is a glass wall that prevents them from ever truly being part of the in crowd. And the fact that Lil Nas X was outed and couldn’t do it naturally within the confines of his career is a terrible thing.
