Author’s Note: This sat in my drafts for for a minute while I struggled on which guy to write this about. Ultimately, Zion was the only one who fit. Swear I don’t know what this boy is doing to me.

Your feet had barely made two steps past the front door of your boyfriends place before your best friends were dragging you to the dance floor. Giving you zero chance to begin hunting down Zion at yet another massive house party the boys were throwing.

You and Zion had been dating for a little over five months now and it was honestly paradise. He was a gentleman, always being a little more soft with you than he appeared to friends and social media. But it was no secret you played hard to get when he first showed interest in you, returning text late on purpose, never letting him get too close, and making yourself seem too busy anytime he asked if you were available. So he never fails to constantly remind you that the work it took to get you makes him only work harder to keep you.

As the third song had come to an end, your eyes found themselves meeting Zion’s across the room for the first time all night. A smile beamed across your face as the sight of him instantly brought you peace in the midst of surrounding chaos. He gave his thigh a light pat, indicating for you to come over to him. You slid your way through the crowd with many excuse me’s and sorry’s spilling from your lips over the maxed volume speakers, trying to make your way to your boyfriend. After what felt like an eternity, you were finally met face to face with that sexy smirk of his, admiring you from head to toe as you sat down on his lap with your legs crossed.

“Sorry to interrupt your fun, but all I could think when I saw you out there dancing was damn, who’s girl is that? Cause she lookin too fucking fine tonight” Zion said jokingly as if he’d never met you before.

You giggled and rolled your eyes at his little game, but continued to play along. “Hate to break it to you but I’m taken. You may have heard of him before… Zion Kuwonu? Singer… super tall… dreads… looking incredibly sexy tonight?” you listed as your eyes scanned him up and down.

“Don’t think I know him but he’s gotta know how damn lucky he is to have you” he said giving you a quick kiss as you felt the warmth on your cheeks build up.

It was true though. The way his thick silver chain hung around his neck as his golden locks moved along to every word he said… he looked irresistible. And you didn’t know if it was the party atmosphere or just the way he lightly bit his lip when looking at you… but you were starting to feel a certain kind of way towards him that you’d never felt before.

You and Zion had made an agreement when you first started dating to take it slow. He wanted to make sure you didn’t feel like “just another girl” to him. Plus, you’d explained to him going in that you weren’t as experienced as he was, only having had sex with your ex a couple of times which… needless to say… was slightly underwhelming. You told Zion how with your ex, it always felt rushed and you never felt pleasured during the process.

“That pisses me off” Zion had previously said when you first explained this to him. “Look, I know we’re taking things slow and all but I want you to know that when that time does come for us… I promise pleasuring you will be the only thing on my mind” he’d replied as serious as ever.

But at this point, you didn’t want to wait any longer. You were over taking it slow and all you wanted Zion to do was take you… fast. You pressed your lips onto his ear and whispered the best you could over the noise.

“Kinda wish we were alone right now…” you continued. Zion looked at you with shocked eyes and raised brows.

“I think that can be arranged…if you’re being serious” he said wanting to confirm before becoming too excited.

“Take me from here and maybe you’ll find out” you said winking an him. Zion quickly got up with eager eyes and intertwined your hands as he navigated his way through the now overcrowded party, passing by Brandon on the way.

“Hey B, um I might be a little occupied tonight so keep things under control and well… try not to need me” he whispered as he used his head to point in your direction, trying to subtly hint to him why he didn’t want to be bothered.

“OH… you got it Z no worries you guys just… enjoy yourselves” Brandon replied quickly catching on as he winked at the two of you. He headed down the hall way and disappeared back into the party.

“Oh trust me… we will” Zion said as he picked you up, wrapping your legs around his waist and pushing the door to his room open with his free hand.
