Hey guys I'm Taylor, born and raised in good ole Tennessee. I'm 19 and probably the simplest girl ever. I absolutely love sports and all kinds of music. I basically just love to laugh and have fun. So make me smile or laugh one day and you might just become my new bestfriend! Wanna know anything else? Well just ask silly....(:

Late night thinking...
Well my program ends in 3 weeks. I'm starting to feel like I have so much more to do here and feel bad that I didn't take advantage at all the "perks" we get as cast members. Even though I'm excited to head home to see my friends and family, I am going to hate leaving my roommates and friends here. I think the worst part about leaving is I am going to miss my work family. I'm so close to all the lifeguards and coordinators at my location. I'm definitely considering applying for DCP spring '14!

Minus the wedding dress....I'm going to take picture just like this while I'm in Florida. All I have to do is find me a cute boy (:

Hmmm...be my roommate? Maybe?(:
So in two weeks ill be starting a whole new adventure and I'm so excited that's it's coming up so fast. But, I'm still missing one important thing....roommates. My arrival date is Jan. 29th and departure is May 31st. So if anyone still needs a roommate let me know...I'm really nervous about maybe being a random.

My name is Zachary. I am 19 years old and suffering from Kidney Failure. I am currently at a stay in a hospital and bored out of my mind. The purpose of this post is to keep myself busy, while also keeping myself thinking positively. Each person that reblogs this will get a follow, and a drawing of their URL inspired by their type of blog. And on top of that, I will keep the original drawing in my “Positive Thoughts” folder to look at when I need a little nudge of support. To anybody who does this for me, thank you. Simple things take my mind off of negativity.

Stressing...
Between working 35-40 hours a week and being a full time student, I am completed dead basically. I’ve been so stressed these last few weeks that I’ve lost a whole jean size and still don’t know how well I did on My finals. The only thing keeping me going is my DCP….

Giving up...
I've pretty much decided that I'm just going to be a random for roommates, instead of constantly looking for them. Is that a bad idea?

Yeah, I'm lazy....
I was going to do a roommate survey but that's a lot to fill out and to be honest I'm kinda lazy haha. But seriously I need roommates! My arrival date is January 29 and I think my departure date is May 31. So yeah if you have those dates lets be friends and maybe roommates (:

Roommate Survey?
Does anyone actually even look at those surveys or will I be wasting my time doing one?

This is just too precious!

Special Team: Chy Johnson and her boys - ESPN
“In some schools, it’s the football players doing the bullying. At Queen Creek, they’re stopping it. And not with fists — with straight-up love for a kid most teenage football players wouldn’t even notice, much less hang out with.
‘I think about how sweet these boys are to her,’ says volleyball player Shelly Larson, ‘and I want to cry.’
Me too, basically. (Read it.) Wonderful, wonderful story.
But know what would be even better?
If the simple act of being kind to others wasn’t so rare that it merited a full Rick Reilly column.
What these football players are doing is tremendous, but they didn’t make a big deal out of it (that was the local media, then ESPN, and now me).
They just did it because it was the right thing to do.
Reilly mentions other superstar athletes who’ve done similar things and writes: “In a great society, our most gifted take care of our least.”
That’s all well and good, but shouldn’t all of us, high school football stars or not, be caring and kind to one another?
We’re all human - special needs children and their families, single parents, football players, “normal” teenagers, all of us. We all have our burdens. We all have things we’re going through and struggling with.
We might all be fighting different battles, but we’re all fighting. Armed with that knowledge, you’d think we’d have each others’ backs.
Life’s freakin hard.
But if more of us acted with the compassion and thoughtfulness of “Chy’s boys,” it would be much easier on so many people.
