They said my jet-setter days will be over once I have a child. Yet here we are, four years later with a little one in tow who’s now been to 22 places in 4 countries at 3 years old! Sure, traveling looks different now. I no longer stay in hostels/couch-surf, stay within budget, pack my itinerary with things to do from morning until night. Instead, I carry a few extra luggages/stroller/car seat, make sure to include nap times, pack enough snacks, book comfortable and safe accommodations with enough kids’ entertainment, and spend more money than I have budgeted but these are things I am more than happy to do just so he can experience the world.
