kiefer sherwood propaganda! undrafted, bounced around a few teams in the league. landed with the canucks and was instantly welcomed into the team by both teammates and the entire fanbase. one thing about vancouver is we WILL chant our 3rd and 4th liners names (as long as they have 4 syllables) and we love him so much. he is literally a knight, he'll take up arms against anyone who looks at quinn hughes wrong, he demolished the season hit record last season and surpassed his own goals record as well. he and his girlfriend have fostered dogs despite him being allergic to them. he brings so much energy and joy to the team; he's a lovely guy and he deserves YOUR vote

Reblogs were turned off on the post I wanted to reblog about Roman Josi developing POTS due to the concussion Sam Bennett gave him, so I'm saying what I wanted to say there, here;

I hate the chronic illness community so fucking much you are embarassing my highly researched ass with your "google it. pots can't be caused by a concussion" bullshit. I'm sorry did you get diagnosed by a monkey educated on tiktok??? If you did any academic level research (which you should be) you'd see dysautonomia can be caused by post-viral inflammation, concussions and other traumatic brain injuries, prolonged malnutrition, vaccine reactions, autoimmune diseases, connective tissue disorders, a bunch of weird hormonal shit and there are new links being made with (C-) PTSD.

Like I get not trusting a tumblr post or a screenshot on Twitter but don't run your mouth because you don't know better, you are contributing to anti-intellectualism by not fact checking and more specifically the poor perception/understanding of POTS. He gave an interview to Blick that during a post concussion check up in Denver for lingering headaches and dizziness they discovered it and since then he's been on beta blockers and doing intensive therapy and he's fully confident he'll be ready for next season and the Olympics.

Why am I seeing people on Twitter saying the Preds should replace Burnette with DeBoer?? I saw people saying well atleast his teams made the playoffs.

He hasn’t made it to a final with a team despite having gone to six western conference finals. Yes he has a winning record in game sevens but his teams don’t seem to go all the way.

Also he’s well known for pretty much throwing his goalies under the bus and it’s happened to multiple teams he’s been with. I want him far away from Saros and Annunen that’s for sure.
