so johnny is the youngest in the band

and you know that davy will joke around about

but speaking of davy’s jokes

he will always explain them to johnny

and johnny loves jokes - especially the ones he understands

davy loves it because johnny will always laugh really loud at things that are even the smallest bit funny

omg,,, when johnny makes jokes to the rest of the group he gets this really cute, huge  g r i n

davy always laughs the loudest and pretends to wipe a tear because johnny is “a man after his own heart”

and donny shakes his head and claps johnny on the shoulder while laughing

even nick laughs and it’s just really sweet, okay???

and yes, johnny will retell stories and jokes, but the band tries to not mention it, because johnny will feel bad

julia is the best at this

she will always nod at just the right times and encourages him to tell more every time

julia is so supportive

but also, johnny is a great story teller

also, johnny has a dog

it’s big and has the biggest brown eyes

johnny makes sure to walk it every day and will play with him all the time

he loves it more than life

jimmy has a soft spot for the dog and it is so cute to see them both gushing over this dog

what a good boy

and we all know johnny is good with numbers

which means he definitely helps everyone budget - even wayne who is usually really good at stuff like that but likes to have help every once in a while

he’s also surprisingly good at remembering phone numbers and addresses. he’s never been late to a gig in his life.

and with clothes,,, johnny has a very interesting taste

he goes for really loud patterns and bright colors

jimmy will sometimes go shopping with him and he always comes back with regret in his eyes

it makes donny laugh though, so it was a win, tbh

also,,,, johnny is oddly smooth with the ladies???

when davy hears him flirt for the first time, he is  s h o o k

but with his crush?

boy gets so flustered. it’s cute.

but it’s okay, because he has a dog and that does wonders for getting attention

he also has a very good singing voice

he sings in the shower for sure

johnny also has this leather-bound notebook that he is never seen without

he writes things down to remember them

when wayne finds out about his notebook, he helps johnny makes sections and tabs for it so that it’s very organized and easier to look through

johnny is generally a happy person too, but he can get into pretty dark moods sometimes that are hard to get out of

julia is really good at helping him during these times

it also really freaks out donny because he’s used to johnny being so high spirited???

but johnny covers a lot of pain with goofy smiles and self-deprecating jokes

the whole band is pretty protective of johnny, tbh. he’s like the baby brother that they all look out for

but johnny really keeps them going, motivated, and hopeful

Is there a reason you wore that shirt today? It brings out your eyes and now I’m distracted. Looks like you’ll have to come over and tutor me so I don’t fall behind.
