Hey guys...i hope u doing good, don't know how totk about this I'm sad. My mom found out was gay so she kicked me out for the house, I don't have where to go.my granny is on a town with no communication and comes back in a week I just need to survive one week.u know this Is so... ugh.im packing my clothes...I never picture myself like this if u can help me with only 1 dollar that's okay. These pandemic has been so hard. So don't worry, I just have yo survive a week.. thank you so much for your help

5 day water fast rules

I’m baisically doing this water fast for the next 5 days starting tmr

Join me if you want loves!

💦drink 4 liters of water a day

💦no food allowed unless there is no way around it (dinner with family stuff like that)

💦eat ice cubes with salt if you feel like you need to chew or hungry

💦workout 30 minutes a day

💦sleep 9 hours

💦don’t go higher than 150 calories if you are forced to eat

It’s that simple!

Loose up to 6 lbs!!! Isn’t that worth trying?
