What?! That doesn't follow. People go on walks to feel good not to be good. Not everything is about improvement or skill.

If i wanted to be good at painting I'd have to worry about composition, color theory, texture...taking care of my tools instead of just dumping them into a milk jug of water that I never rinse out.

I'm bored just listing that sh*t, let alone doing it.

If I had to be good, I would quit.

I paint because it takes me out of myself. The end result doesn't even really matter.

I find that people are too wrapped up in a capitalist view, where they feel guilty or shameful of themselves if they are not being “productive” , or if they are relaxing for “too long”.

Life is about living! It’s about enjoying EVERY THING you do! And letting yourself FEEL everything too! The good and the bad are all part of the process!

So let yourself have your low days or chill days! Let yourself flourish on those creative days and days dedicated to bringing your life’s purpose to life!

Learn from the lessons your emotions and body are trying to tell you. Your soul is fighting for you to align with your highest self
