"Hmmm, can't argue with that!" Kairo replied with a joking chuckle of is own. For all is exuberance, even this kitsune could be a bit of a couch potato from time to time.

Amused, he followed Doll's gaze out the window, before fixating back on her. Laughing a little more broadly this time, he leaned forward to grab a menu. "Then let us not waste any more time, hm? Wouldn't want you to go running off, would we?"

"...Unless it's a really good nap," Doll joked, twirling her whiskers with her fingertips. "Thank you." She slid in her seat, shuffling to make herself comfortable, and leaned her head on her hands with a curious peek at Kairo.

"It's certainly a change of the scenery, at least for me." With the corner of her eye Doll noticed the flap of bird wings - or did she hear it first? She wasn't sure - and her attention was whisked away. For a few seconds, she was laser focused on the bird that had landed on a tree close to the window.

"Well damn. I might be too hungry." She chuckled.
