Hi guys, life has been crazy. Had my fist born in July, so I haven’t been doing much on here. But here is an update on my little garden. Two tomato plants, one lavender, one oregano, one eucalyptus, one chamomile, and two aloe plants. Hope everyone is having a great summer ☀️

Spent time with my family at the McKenzie lavender festival.

It’s not a redwood, just a regular Douglas Fir, but it was so big and wide I had to use a wide lens to get the whole thing.

Today on July 2nd (my birthday) decided to go for a hike with my brother. And I decided to go to Mary’s Peak out in Pylomath, Oregon. It was actually really foggy all day and when we reached the top we could not see anything for about 20 mins. And as I was taking pictures of the red flowers, the sun shunned and I looked behind me to the clouds beneath us! It was an amazing experience.

I love it when the water is Turquoise, and almost emerald colored.

This would be my first time at this trail, I didn’t get a good look at the whole thing because I didn’t plan it. But I will be coming back for sure for the whole trail and more pictures.

Eugene, Oregon

This is called cloud Iridescence. It is a rare phenomenon that happens when the clouds are making a rainbow around the sun and there is no rain. It’s rare in a lot of places but in the PNW is quite common. This is the 5th Cloud Iridescence this month.
