This day was full of discussions. In our first subject, we got some new modules and we're assigned to video performance task on political correct word, where we will ambush anyone using the political correct words. In the second module, some of my classmates presented their group about reporting, and they did great. In the third module, we just dipped deeper into conceptions on coding, which we found really overwhelming, but we just managed to keep up with those. In the last module, we went through several types of internet. For some fun learning, our professor had us memorize the seven OSI layers, which are the Physical, Data Link, Network, Transport, Session, Presentation, and Application. Thankfully, we all memorized those and got 3 points to our pre-final grades. That's all, thank you.

Happy Halloween! Today was a chill day since our classes resume tomorrow instead of today. This week, we visited the cemetery to pay our respects to our loved ones who have passed away, as we usually do for "Undas". It feels good to keep this tradition, showing that we still care for them and always will. Afterward, we went home and lit candles in front of our house to honor their spirits. That’s all.

Today was quite an interesting day. Even though our professor for the first subject didn’t attend, we had a substitute who gave us a fun activity. We randomly picked pieces of paper, and each of us answered the questions written on them. The second subject was thrilling. Aside from the decent discussion, some of my classmates gave humorous examples that had our professor laughing non-stop. Seeing him laugh and enjoy our section made me happy as well. In our third subject, computer programming, I had a bit of a hard time thinking through the results of the codes, especially as we were introduced to different types of solutions, like arithmetic ones. For our last subject, Introduction to Computing, we did an activity where we explained the importance and differences in the given illustrations. We finished quite quickly. [UTS] Daily Journal | October 7, 2024 (Monday)

Today was a typical school day. In our first subject, we finally received our exam scores, and most of us got decent results, which was great as everyone seemed satisfied. In the second subject, our professor started the slide presentation of our topic, which was supposed to begin last month. For the third subject, we continued the discussion and were introduced to a new topic (The power of Web and Internet). Our professor also assigned a PETA for midterms, which is fine since it's groupings. Lastly, in our last subject, we had a simple quiz where we had to explain the logic and output of a certain code. Today is a regular class day. We were introduced to another topic in purposive communication: the characteristics of spoken and written language and their components. Similarly, in our UTS subject, we were introduced to something related to the psychology of self. In our Euthenics class, we were tasked with creating our resumes, which I’m starting to work on right now. For our P.E./Pathfit subject, we had a quiz, and our professor quickly discussed the entire coverage for it, which we managed to remember and clutch the quiz. That’s all, thanks for reading.

[UTS] Daily Journal | October 2, 2024

Another day, another winner; one of my classmates just won another stuffed toy in the claw machine at Q-zone. Just how fortunate. He gambled there before, costing him more than 100 pesos and getting nothing, but now his gambling paid off with only one try. Now, for school-related matters, it was the same as Monday. We did nothing in Purposive Communication. In UTS, we finally saw our grades; well, the majority of us got around 1, which is indeed great for our section. For our third subject, which is Computer Programming, we did a short activity that challenged our brains on which type of data must fit the given value. Besides that, one of my classmates did something unexpected to our professor, but let's just keep that a secret. Anyways, for our last subject, Introduction to Computing, we did a laboratory exercise where we had to create our own ideas for a device with two or more features. Many of us have big plans on how we’re going to advance the modern device. It’s quite impossible to make now, but not in the future. That's all, thanks for reading.

[UTS] Daily Journal | September 30, 2024

Another boring Monday. Our first subject was uneventful. In the second subject, UTS, we were assigned another group performance task for the pre-finals. It's a group presentation, which is fine, but just another task to complete. In the third subject, ITC, we continued the discussion and did an activity about computer components. We went to SM for lunch, and before heading back to the lab, we tried the claw machine. Only one of us won a plushie, and we named it "Phoniny"... a horrible yet cute name. The last subject was our specialized course, where we finally saw our prelim grades, and fortunately, all of us passed.

[UTS] Daily Journal | September 27, 2024

Today's class was switched to online. To sum up what happened in our subjects, we continued our discussion in Purposive Communication and received our grades in PE/Pathfit; thankfully, all of us passed. Lastly, we completed an activity in Euthenics today. Also, today was our MSL tournament. We won in the first round because our opponents didn't show up, but we lost in the second round due to unclear hero picking. Our opponents were lucky to win; it felt like we were fated to lose.

Congratulations to my classmates who participated in STI event. Some of them won some achievements and some didn't, but it's fine as long as they did their best. The only thing matters to me is that they represent our section. Aside from that, we got our grades score from other subjects, well not gonna lie many of us didn't meet the passing score, but fortunately, we got all 1.0 in our other activities which could pull our grades up from failing.

Exam week is finally over. I finally got time to rest and recharge my brain cells. Today's occurrence is nothing but grades consultation, well I got the expected grades which is a bit decent, not really disappointing. That's all that happened today.

[UTS] Daily Journal | September 9, 2024

Note: As you’re about to see, my vocabulary has changed, hmm? A few of my words are grammatically incorrect, and the sentence construction is off. Well, it's because I speedrun this and finished it in approximately 7 minutes and 42 seconds. Back to school again after a week where suspension of class got a 2 streak twice (Monday - Tuesday and Thursday to Friday). Today I finally get to relax as our we finally finished our group activity for purposive communication subject which is the roleplay, some of my groupmates have lost to track of their script which leads them silent for a bit, but fortunately, they managed to recall it, i like how my groupmates like that, instead of stopping and waiting for the professor to ask why the scene stop, they did their best to come up with an on-spot script to continue the whole scene, I'm somewhat proud of them, good job y'all if you guys are reading this. For the next subject which is Understanding the self, luckily our professor continue the topic he discussed last Friday, which only 5 below of my classmate attended, I'm thankful because he gave me and those who were absent for the online class last Friday a chance to gather knowledge from that topic more convenient as he explaining it instead of us self learning. Next up, Introduction to Computing subject, we have new topic in this subject and he also discussed the STI BITS and its info. He gave us a choice on what module we are going to have a quiz for the next meeting, which is a blessing to us since we chose the module 1 as that's the module where we all familiar with as we review that last last week. For the last subject, Computer Programming, we did a laboratory activity there on which game me more experience on how programming works such as what would happen if this/that set of word is gone, what would happen to the output of the whole code, etc. This day is somewhat a decent day for me, we enjoyed and at the same time we learned.

Long story short. This week has been a streak of class suspensions, except for the Wednesday. I spent most of my time gaming with my classmates, and even though our in-game ranks didn’t change, we enjoyed. I also clutched my UTS journal from September 2 to today. That's all thank you.
