I LOVE WORKING OUT!
UGH nothing better than 3 hours at the gym AMIRIGHT? No but seriously…. workout today was:
30 minutes on the treadmill
60 minute Zumba class
60 minute Yoga class
20 minutes on elliptical
10 minutes abs
Casually can’t move my body right now, but I am also casually on a high of endorphins and coconut water, so it’s kind of a win.

New cardio workout I have been doing about once a week at the gym! When I do it, I burn close to 750 calories and I am absolutely DRENCHED in sweat (which is good!).
