Note: physical violence, non-consensual touching, part 2 incoming but depends on response.

This is it. The two big clans of the world are clashing in front of you -- the Uchiha and the Senju. You, on the other hand, had no ninjutsu powers and we not even a shinobi, but your family's loyalty stayed with the Senjus. Even though you were not blessed with god-gifted talents, you offered to help in war by watching enemy moves in the battlefield. You were high up in your wooden watch house, built on a tree, analyzing Uchiha movement while looking through binoculars.

"Nothing at all?" asked Tobirama, the second Senju brother. You nodded in negative saying, "Nothing yet sire, however, I can see them merely standing, looking at each other, as if talking." "Heh. Its no good. Nothing done by the Uchihas are good at all. Inform immediately if any movement is noticed. Bloody eyed peeps might be scheming something big!" scoffed Tobirama and walked-off.

2 hours. It has been 2 hours something had happened but you did not move an inch. But suddenly you see them...retreating? You immediately went to your shinobi partner to inform that. When Tobirama got to know about it from the shinobi, he immediately rushed to the watch house to confirm. "The hell is wrong with them? Why are they not attacking?" a sweating Tobirama said frustratingly.

Suddenly, there was a shower of kunai and sparks emerged as Tobirama deflected them, while protecting you and your shinobi partner. "Go! Tell the Senjus to march forward! Go! I will handle it here!" screamed the second Senju brother to your shinobi partner, who immediately ran off to pass on the message.

"(Y/N)!" The young Senju called out to you. "Stay behind my back. Whenever, you find a chance, run, a shadow clone of mine will be with you till you reach the Senju compounds," he said. "Hai !" you said.

The Senju was fighting, fighting hard. But who was it who showered these kunais? You suddenly see Tobirama to get smashed into the wall. You run to him calling, "Young Master!" "Stay back (Y/N)! or best run, else you will get killed! Its.. its.." Tobirama started huffing out of pain, while trying to finish his sentence.

"Let me finish it for you," said a dark deep voice, and you saw an outline emerging from smoke. You trembled in fear. Long, spiky hair, holding a big fan-like weapon, classic black and red patterned eyes. "Its.. you're..." you started fumbling. "Uchiha Madara," he replied. You tried to run away, but Madara grabbed you easily. "Trying to run away huh? Leaving your loyalties behind?" said Madara while smirking and giving Tobirama a side eye. "Let her go, Madara, she is a non-shinobi. This war is not meant for the likes of her," Tobirama tried bargaining for your life. "Oh! A high-ranking Senju, a Prince at that, voicing for a low-class, non-shinobi girl? Tsk," mocked Madara, while grabbing your face and pulling you close. You closed your eyes while trying to turn away from him. Your eyes were brimming with tears. All your life you heard exactly the same things what Madara had said. But Senjus were different. They accepted you and your family. They gave you chance to help in the battle, to prove yourself, and here you are getting belittled again.

"Oh! Are you hurt by my words...beautiful?" said Madara. Your eyes went wide open. What was this in the middle of a bloody battle? "What do you mean?" you asked bravely to the Uchiha leader, trying not to look into his eyes. With a swift move Tobirama got up, punching the Uchiha, with you being released. You got surprised. "Come here you!" Tobirama said and he pulled you close and carried you in princess-style while escaping the fatally powered Uchiha.

While moving, Tobirama said, " Oi (Y/N). There is something I want to say you." "Hm?" You said. "Look I do not know, if it is the right time or not, but they are going to take you," he said. "What?" you panicked. "Yes," said Tobirama. "They usually 'confiscate' women of the enemy to 'compensate' for their loss encountered in war. In short, they will use you as a vessel to breed for the Uchiha clan and then may leave you to rot." You felt a chill. What? Is this how you are going to get treated, if your side lost the war? Not just life but dignity of so many would get ruined! It was calculated. Taking non-shinobi women, so that Uchiha genes dominate in the child, if not pure then not hybrid at all ! You gulped.

"Love in the times of War, eh?" said a voice. Both you and Tobirama turned to the side to look at it, only to get shocked. Madara. "Eat this you Senju!" roared the Uchiha and used his fan to smack both of you away. "Argh!" you screamed. You felt as if you were drowning into sleep and the last thing that you saw was Madara looking down at you. He pulled you by the hair and smacked you, making you fully unconscious. "It was quite hard getting you princess. Quite hard when you have the would-be Hokage guarding you," said Madara angrily while looking at you and preparing to carry you off with him.

"This is not right Madara!" said Tobirama getting up clenching his stomach. "This is not right. I will not allow this!" Madara erupted in laughter and said, "Shut up you loser. Look at this. Our first win. Uchiha's first confiscate. Its my win. Suck it up and let your people know, I captured my prey right under your nose." Madara again erupted in laughter. He smelt you one last time before carrying you away. Tobirama fell on to the ground, passed out, hoping that Senjus would find him.

A/N Do you want a Part 2? This is my second take at shot but first one in the Naruto verse.

You were a student of sixth year at the infamous school of magic, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Being a shy Hufflepuff you tried to keep your communications as much as to just yourself but probably your luck won’t allow that. Guys and girls as usual try to befriend you but you shy away giving a small smile with your face getting heated up slightly , and others finding it cute, try to stay with you always.

You take the class of Defence Against Dark Arts with the famous Slytherin of his time , Draco Malfoy. The Second Wizarding War was included in your subject of History of the Wizarding World , the story of the valiant hero Harry Potter and his friends and other comrades , in which Mr. Malfoy had his own part to play and own loyalty to serve. You do not blame him of course , he grew up that way and when he understood his fault he led a completely different life , he is such a doting father to Scorpius who is currently in the third year.

“ Miss (L/N) …. Could you please tell the class about the thoughts running through your head? ,” Mr. Malfoy’s voice cut through your random thoughts.

“ S-So-rry…Sorry Sir, I- um…it would not happen ag-again, “ You stuttered.

The entire classroom started laughing. You tried to cover your crimson face with your long hair but probably it was of no use.

“Silence!” Mr. Malfoy said. “And (Y/N) meet me after the class.”

You nodded your head and took your seat.

The bell rang and you tried to sneak out of the class without your teacher noticing.

“(L/N) come back here ! I reckon I had asked you to stay after !” Mr. Malfoy roared. Your breath hitched , and you stopped midway. 

‘Oh my God ! He wasn’t even looking , how did he know!’ You thought.

“ Yes Sir, wh-what is i-it ?” you asked.

“ You think I am a good father to Scorpius , don’t you?” he asked.

“Oh yes i very much do believe that!” you said but you were quite shocked to see him know about it.

“ I wonder if Astoria is seeing me supporting my son through thick and thin from Heaven above.” he said again sighing.

‘Oh shoot ! I almost forgot Madame Astoria Greengrass Malfoy just passed away few months ago’ , You thought.

“ Um… Sir i think she is very proud of you, seeing Scorpius grow materialistically is something she might have missed but she is there with him and you always.Scorpius will have a hard time so as you too but he is mature enough to stay strong. Never be weak Sir , i am sorry but in the past you might have been but in the end you made the right decision,married the late madame , have a wonderful son, which gave you strength , now that one of them is gone do not break down because if you do Scorpius will break down as well…” You spoke wiping his tears away lightly.

 “S-sorry…its just i can not see anybody sad…” you said again to justify your actions.

“ N- no , its okay i needed some words of comfort.” He said  grabbing your palms and then pulling you into his chest to hug you. He eventually tightened his arms around you.

“S-Sir…um can you please-” you were about to voice yourself polietly when he said, “Do you think you can do it?”

“Do what Sir?”

“Take care of Scorpius and me?”

“Wha-what do you mean Sir?”

“Will you marry me (Y/N) (L/N) ?”

“What are you saying Sir ?!”

“I know (Y/N) you like me, you understand me perfectly , you accept me with my faults and scars just like Astoria did and no one but you can look after my boy Scorpius better , Astoria can not be replaced but someone different can always be a part of our life. I always read your thoughts ,by now you already might  know i guess, that Occlumency and Legillemency is something that i had been expert at from my school days.”

“Just because I admire someone , it does not always mean the feelings are romantic ! I am sorry Sir but i will take it as an emotional outburst you are experiencing. I am a student ! A teen ! So is Scorpius what is he going to think about you ! “

“Scorpius will like you , i can assure you of that but marry me (Y/N) take my hand and we can be a happy family.” He said.

“No ..” you said, your books fell from your hand as you tried to make the run for the door not wanting to use any spells against your teacher.

“EXPELLIARMUS !!!! “ Draco yelled as your wand went flying away to the other corner of the room and you fell.

Draco caught handful of your hair as you tried to free yourself from his grip.

“You have to marry me (Y/N) , I have been waiting for few months now since Astoria left us… You are the only one, you have to.”

“No…” , you repeated.

“I had expected this, that is why i already took measures.”

He did a rectangle screen with his wand which showed your family experiencing the Cruciatus Curse.

“NO! NO! STOP STOP THAT!!” you cried out.

Your heart was tearing apart seeing  the scene and your cousin trying to use defensive spells to block the entire family but in the end he fell  victim to the curse but Draco remained stoic. Seeing that it might kill your family you succumbed to your wounds , his dreadful wish.

You fell at this feet and holding them and saying , “ Stop please , I WILL MARRY YOU, STOP hurting my family!!”

After few moments , Draco helped you getting up ,pulling you to his chest , kissing your forehead saying ,” Tomorrow we are going to get married. (Y/N) Malfoy welcome to the family , love.”

Silent tears fell from your eyes and you were escorted to the Malfoy Manor by few house elves and a servant direct from your classroom using Apparition.

But unbeknownst to you Mr.Malfoy created the rectangle screen again and yelled ,“ AVADA KEDAVRA!!” killing your loved ones imprisoned as a evil smile graced his lips.

 This is my first ever hp oneshot and that too yandere . It might not be that good. :)
