Found this segment on bilibili. I translated this from the Chinese subs, sorry if there are mistakes. Here is what transpired (aka Masuda Toshiki recounting his dream about Aoi Shouta to Nakajima Yoshiki):

Massu: “Somehow I found myself at a bar with Aoi-san.”

Nakajima: “In the dream, right?”

Massu: “Yeah. And then suddenly, Aoi-san started saying in like a feminine way, ‘Recently, it’s been especially exhausting (t/n: 辛苦).’”

Nakajima: “Ah, how cute.”

Massu: “In like a crying, teary way he started to say to me, so I put my hand on his shoulder and said ‘What’s wrong?-”

Nakajima: “Ehh?”

Massu: “-What terribly exhausting thing has happened lately?” (t/n: shut up what’s with that ikemen voice-)

Nakajima: “This kind of thing- what- aren’t you both guys?”

Massu: “Right? Then Aoi-san said, ‘*sniffling noises intesify* Sorry, lately…’”

Nakajima: *laughs in the background at Massu’s sniffling impression*

Massu: “And then he started crying in an especially pitiful way, so I thought ‘Yabe, I need to hug him and take him home.’”

Nakajima: *laughs harder* “Must hug him?”

Massu: “Must hug him. I thought like that. I dreamed this five days ago. I woke up with a start after that and was like ‘Wah! This is so interesting! I must not forgot it!’ and thought like that so I immediately made a note and wrote it down. Dreams are like, really easy to forget right?”

Nakajima: “Yeah, if you don’t remember them…”

Massu: “So I wrote it down and remembered it, so the next time I see Aoi-san at an event I thought that I must tell him about it.”

*they talk something about real dreams here*

Massu: “And then after that event, I actually went out to drink with Aoi-san, though it wasn’t just the two of us. According to diagnosis of dreams, dreams are about people you respect or your favorite person of the same sex (t/n: *blink blink* I’m sorry it says 与自己喜欢的同性 did I translate that wrong???), if you dream about that kind of relationship, then you’ll meet a third person that can help you or the fate of these people together. So it’s not a bad dream.”

(t/n: unsure of that whole paragraph wtf is massu rambling about wth are your intentions towards shouta. Btw all the Chinese comments are saying “massu, never thought u were that kind of person www”)

Nakajima: “So it’s like that huh… sugoi desu ne?”

Massu: “Yeah, I’m kind of partial about it. But towards Aoi-san, I think again ‘If he can appear even in my dream, I must really notice him huh?’”

Nakajima: “It’s a happy feeling, isn’t it?”
