Logic in this anime has gone out of fashion now.... Why does Karin know the gesture Itachi made to Sasuke as a symbol of his love for his brother before leaving? It would make more sense if was Sakura, the "real mother", to know it and not an "adoptive aunt". Also, but this is an optional detail, Karin calls Sarada with the suffix "chan" which is a nickname that is used exclusively for someone precious and special, just like Naruto calls Sakura with the suffix "chan" to indicate the closeness he has with her...

Opinion on SasuKarin'a ideology?

Ideology? But why ideology though, lol?

I like them in a twisted kind of way. They’re the Yin to the NaruSaku Yang.

While Sakura is next to Naruto in his path towards the light, Karin is next to Sasuke in his one in the dark.

Kishi was pretty clear on that symbolism on the manga.

It would’ve been nice to find out why Karin was Sasuke’s favorite. Favorite in terms of what? What did Tobi know that he didn’t, to call her that way in the battle with Danzo?

It would’ve been nice to see more of that exploration.

After all, he did awaken a new power to protect her from dying. 👀
