Both the best and worst decision bc I like being up for the day and being actually tired for the night but bad news bc I got a puppy and I have to get up at night to take her out and that messes with my ability to get enough sleep for work now
Changed my availability at work to 6am,,,,, what have I done
#but when I don’t have to get up it works!#I am a bit tired midday sometimes when I have super early shifts but I don’t mind it much honestly#I miss closing but I’ve come to realize closing shifts just made me more awake by the time I got home#also the super early shifts are very very nice and and chill and I like doing work without having to interact with customers#and I think my managers are catching on bc they’re giving me a lot more of them that start before opening and I like it a lot#overall a good decision and I think I might keep it this way for a while

Changed my availability at work to 6am,,,,, what have I done
#will I regret this? we will see#I can’t do closing shifts starting June since I won’t have a ride and I don’t drive#but I wanted to still keep my availability relatively open#and I did an odd shift today I don’t usually do and I really liked it so I thought I’ll give it a try#and it won’t be as rough if I work my latest possible shift and then my earliest the next day#it’s like technically less time between the two shifts but I’d be used to sleeping in between more than now

Ooooh to save up for ff magic cards or go and inquire how much I’d need for a trade in for my iPad 🤔
#my current ipad is pretty recent… I think?#within the last few years#I’ve taken good care of it too#worst is I put some stickers on it and it barely stays on an hour before the battery runs out#no cracks or anything wrong with the screen#I really want to do art again on it but the battery is horrid it’s just not possible#but also I saw the Fran and baltheir card for the ffxmtg collab and I could actually combust#I could just wait and buy those cards outright but like I want so many others too so I was thinking I just buy a box but that’s spensive#oh well maybe I’ll so to the mall tomorrow and see about my iPad and just get a price range and go from there
