So far I have the noose but haven’t had much luck making myself do it. There’s no other solution, though.

I’m done with life, but can’t make myself kill myself. I don’t know where to go from here. Every day is just all thinking about wanting to die. Even things like taking a Coursera course on Excel make me stressed. I can’t imagine being functional enough to have a job with health insurance again.

I have a therapist. I have a psychiatrist. The only thing that makes me feel better is being asleep, and I can’t just...sleep for the rest of my life.

I’m desperate. I don’t know what to do.

I am feeling incredibly validated by the fact other people just want to sort things all day. I’m underemployed and was desperately trying to explain to friends recently that all the job ads they send me are too complicated for me to handle without overwhelm and I really just want to sort interesting objects or information for a living. And no one seemed to get it.

my mom is helping me job hunt and when i told her my dream job is to sit in one place and sort stuff by color all day she made a really disgusted face and said “you want to work on a fucking assembly line?” like yeah

Blackbeard just showed up in Our Flag Means Death and suddenly it is 100% cuter. Bloodthirsty pirate shows up, show becomes more adorable.

It’s a cute show, and I’m told it only gets queerer, so I definitely recommend it, so far.

I know everyone on Tumblr already knows that, and I’m late to the game, but still.

I do a very, very simple version of bullet journaling and it’s the only way I ever get anything done. It’s ugly and simple, but it actually does what it’s intended to do.

Still reeling from the realization that bullet journaling was essentially created to be a disability aid and got legit fuckin gentrified

I’ve been dealing with this a *lot* recently. It’s so frustrating wanting to do things but not being able to. I think of my inertia as ADHD but ASD runs in my family, too, so I’m probably on both spectrums. Whee~~~

Autistic Inertia is an autism experience that makes it hard to start, stop, and switch tasks.
