During lockdown it’s easy to fall into a rut of just getting through each day. We have all struggled with trying to find the good or uplifting parts of day to day life. For me, being able to go back to images that evoke memories of moments and places that brought me joy, filled my heart, and remind me of adventure have been helpful. This photo, of a magical castle isle emerging from the fog as we sailed into Montenegro remains one of mine, and one of my clients, favorite photos. Watching the fog burn off and this amazing castle just “appear” lit up as if to beckon us, remains one of the most memorable photos of a memorable voyage.
