Become the hero you’ve always wanted to be in our Boku no Hero Academia Discord RP Server!

We are an active family-friendly OC RP server and soon… we’ll be opening up our main student applications! You can join around 60 other roleplayers from around the world in our expansive open-world system as your OCs tackle the challenging coursework at one of Japan’s premier hero schools, U.A. High, newly relocated to the island of Wakugaijima in the far future of 2XXX!

Our server is primarily a class-based RP where prospective students are able to learn key skills and develop alongside their fellow peers. If you have a character that wants to be the best hero they can be or a character that wants to design and build equipment, we’ve got a place for you in our Heroics Department and our Support Department! Each class is roughly 16 students in size, allowing RPers their own share of character development and [teacher] interactions.

And in addition to the [many different locations] we offer on our server, we also run server-wide events such as school dances and hero training camps, giving your OCs many opportunities to grow and interact with others.

Our server isn’t just limited to students; we have faculty roles, pro heroes, vigilantes, and villains on the server as well. We’re looking to bring on more students into a bustling server and would love to have you and your OC~ ☆

From November 18th to 25th, our Main Student Applications will be open [here] for active evaluation! We are currently accepting first and second year students. You can read up on our [rules] and our [OC guidelines] for a better idea of what we’re looking for in student OCs. We will be sending out acceptances via email so after the 25th, keep an eye out in your inbox!

white people, i’m going to need you to change the way you react to poc calling you out on racism, or telling you not to say something because it’s racially inappropriate:

apologize and do better, but don’t repeatedly apologize and put it on the poc to forgive you over and over again

don’t make it personal. don’t make this about how you’re Oh So Socially Awkward and treat this as a form of social rejection. retract statements, decide to do better in the future, and move on

in the context of online spaces, if a mutual calls you out on racism, don’t go crying all over the dash about how worthless and stupid you are etc etc and making yourself the victim. this is especially rude when your mutual of color can see it!!

whether intentional or not, repeatedly bringing the incident up where the poc who called you out can see it - is a form of guilt tripping. don’t do that

don’t make excuses. yes, you did something wrong. no it does not mean you are irredeemable garbage and that the poc who called you out hates you and doesn’t want to be friends anymore. again, Do Not treat this as a form of social rejection. it cheapens what happened and what could’ve been a fruitful lesson on being better about race becomes about your white tears
