Rei receives a mysterious letter addressed to ‘Suwa Heir’, informing him that his father is dead and he’s inherited his business, money and property.

Kazuki juggles Miri’s constant inquiries about her biological family while wonder about his own. (I wanna know about kazukis FAMILY)

Miri starts highschool!

feel like you could go a few different ways with this one

- her love life (bleh)

- her struggles with her career

- her friends

- her hobbies!! I wanna see if she kept drawing

- When Rei first receives the letter he’s really confused because he dropped the Suwa name years ago. REI KURUSU

- Kazuki Finds some distant relative of his and starts piecing the puzzle back together, eventually finding his biological mother and father..

- Miri wins a metal in the academic decathlon, I just think Rei and Kazuki would just push her to do the best. They’re really proud of her for it

- since I think they love at the beach now, the whole family takes up surfing, at first Kazuki and Miri are a little tense but they come around and learn to ride the waves together! Rei’s really bad at it but enjoys looking for seashells in the beach! (I also think he’d like sharks)

Rei is working at a coffee shop that’s actually a front for his fathers mob business (shocker). Where the same face continues to show up day after day. Eventually after hearing him drone on for hours and hours every day Rei learns that this is Kazuki, a single father to Miri. And he won’t leave. The coffee is horrible here, Rei would know, he makes it. So why does Kazuki continue to show up?
