i found out the other day that someone i talk to at school wants to go see split and im so upset

unfortunately, Split is receiving positive reviews and people are putting money into it and praising it

this isnt your fault, you didnt do anything wrong, split is not about you. its disheartening, disgusting, and disappointing, but split is not about you or what its like to have DID

split is a mockery, a smear, and a disgrace to everyone who has to suffer with this disorder. its hollywood’s love of portraying things they dont understand as scary, and appealing to peoples fear of what they dont care to try to understand

its not about you

split is disgusting and the fact that people buy into it is disgusting, but  youre not scary, youre not dangerous, you deserve love and support
