Once accepted, link the network somewhere on your blog and reblog your acceptance post. Then use the tag #kcoffeeshop in your first five tags. 

Requirements to be a member:

Your blog must be at least 50% kpop related. We will not reblog works relating to kdramas/kactors that are not idols. 

We allow works for most groups/idols with the exception of the following: AOA, Kim Woojin, Seungri, Kim Garam, and Jae (formerly Day6). We will not reblog any works with these idols, mainly to avoid drama among members. Personal opinions aside please respect this list. 

You must have at least 3 original works 

Have your messages open so we can message you if you are accepted. 

We do allow members from affiliates to join our coffee shop without applying. To do this please message a staff with proof of your membership in the affiliate network. 

If you have more than one blog that you post from, please apply with your main/most active blog. Inform us of your side blog and we can merge the two together without you having to apply twice.

All networks dedicated to kpop or specific kpop groups/idols are welcome as long as they are not dedicated to the blacklisted idols above.

Staff Applications

Staff are the mods and admins of the network. They are in charge of reblogging posts, assisting with member acceptances and quality control. Staff who are able to will also assist with the discord. 

Requirements for being staff:

While new members are welcome to apply you MUST be accepted into the network before applying for staff. 

You must be active

Must be open to communication

There is no official application for staff, to apply please message one of the owners.

Coffee Shop Rules

Please be sure you read through all our rules before applying to join our shop. There will be a hidden password you will need for all member applications. Failure to abide by the rules may result in removal from the coffee shop. 

General Rules:

The coffee shop has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. Whether it be towards members, viewers, staff, or idols. We do not discriminate based on any factor and any member found partaking in harassing behavior will be removed immediately. 

The networks official tag is #kcoffeeshop. Do not use this tag if you are not a member of our network. 

We reblog works on a queue based system and your work will be queued as soon as we see it and review it to ensure it follows our guidelines. Please be aware it could take a couple of days to a week for your work to be reblogged. If it has been over a week and your work has not been queued please reach out. 

The Discord is only for members and affiliates to access. Do not share the link with anyone who is not a part of the network.

Any application submitted after applications close will not be accepted and will be deleted without review. Please wait until we open applications to apply. 

Remember that there are real people behind the blogs and this network is dedicated to sharing the love and work of all kpop fans. Interactions are appreciated but please be respectful to all staff and members. 

Member Rules:

All content submitted to the coffee shop must be your own work. If using a gif or image that is not your own work please be sure to provide credit and do not claim as your own. Plagiarism will result in an immediate ban from the network. 

If you believe any of your work may have been stolen by one of our members please reach out to one of the staff immediately. 

The official tag should be in your first five tags if possible to make it easier for the network to find. 

Once accepted the network must be linked somewhere on your blog, whether it be a network page, an about me, or in your bio. 

Collaboration works are allowed as long as all parties (whether in the network or not) are credited. 

Any written work over 500 words should have a read more. For reactions/imagines with multiple members, a read more should be placed after the first member. 

All NSFW content must be under a read more regardless of how detailed it is. 

We will reblog nsfw content including smut as long as it is tagged appropriately. However we will NOT reblog smut from members who are minors or smut written about idols who are minors (remember in Korea you are considered a minor until 19 internationally)

We will also not reblog any content that contains the following themes:

Non consensual smut even if its implied

Incest

Detailed Abuse

Pedophilia

Romanticizing mental illness

Extreme gore/violence (in moderation is alright, if you are unsure ask one of the staff)

Image works containing gore or nudity including suggestive gifs

Psst, if you are here to apply, the password you are looking for is latte. 

All works should be tagged appropriately and include genre (fluff, angst, smut) as well as appropriate warnings. If you feel like something could be triggering in your story, better to add a warning just to be safe. Written works should also include word count. Images/gifs/and edits do not require these tags unless they include triggering or nsfw content. 

Do not spam or harass the staff to get your work posted, be patient. 

Members must be active! If you need to go on hiatus please let us know. Three months without activity will result in removal from the coffee shop.

Please notify us of any url or blog changes so we can plan accordingly. 

If you are removed for inactivity or failing to inform of a blog change you are welcome to reapply. You are also welcome to leave the network and reapply at any time. However, anyone removed for plagiarism or harassment will be blacklisted and you will have to appeal to a staff in order to reapply. Staff will always explain the reason for removal. 

Affiliate Rules:

Affiliate networks must have similar guidelines to the ones above, especially regarding forbidden topics. 

Either an owner or approved admin must be available for communication should any issues arise. Failure to communicate may result in partnership termination. 

Affiliates must be active, networks that are inactive for over a month with no communication will be removed.

Welcome everyone to the Kpop Coffee Shop aka the K Coffee Shop. We are an all inclusive and welcoming network dedicated to sharing the works of kpop fans from all over the world. 

We reblog and share all original work from kpop fans of multiple groups and idols. From images, to edits, to written works, all are welcome to promote and share at our coffee shop!
