I’ve never thought seriously about self harming when bad things happened. I don’t think I ever will. But there is always a space between tragedy and understanding, where you come to terms with the tragedy, that there are few options to escape how you’re feeling.

You can’t have highs without the lows. Just hope the lows don’t kill me.
