So I can somewhat easily burn 600 cals when I go to the gym, because I cracked the code and I’m able to run for 30+ minutes, the issue now is the eating, some days I eat normal, some days I binge. But what I lack is the courage to get back on that scale lol

I feel like today I ate a lot. Not even sure where that “binge” state of mind came from, but I just felt a need of sadisfaction I was trying to fill with sweet food. Come to think of it, the total amount of calories might even just be equal to a normal healthy amount, so this is all just in my ed head mind…

Total loss= 1,7 kg
I could have definitely done better, but I got my period later than predicted and that stressed me O U T. I’m glad it’s still going down tho! In a week I will consider myself officially out of 60s kg jail 🗿
