Which brings us back to our happy HR Manager, with the rare business, and the golden advantages plan and in addition to their enchanting advantages for their pampered employees, their parent company happens to be based beyond America.
Hmmm, and why is this fascinating? And you are asking, why is this fascinating?
Certainly, you know and clearly, you understand that when I was speaking with the HR supervisor, he stressed passionately that he doesn't understand why employees are so under-respected in this nation now and the main factor why his workers are so pampered since the company is based beyond America!
Undoubtedly, you know, something is drastically wrong. Advantages drive our staff members and our staff members drive our companies and our services drive our economy and economy drives our lives and - what is occurring to our employee benefits - our businesses - our country - our livelihoods?
We should have much better, do not we?"
