Eddie, not wanting to draw attention to himself just yet, had chosen to lurk in the doorway, where he was able to observe the two omegas without being seen by the other inmates. He was the only one who understood why Angel was freaking out.  There had been a noticeable shift in Robby's aroma. He was becoming ... receptive. Eddie could tell the omega was considering his proposal because he could practically see the wheels turning in his head. It would only be a matter of time before he convinced Robby to submit fully to him, and then he'd sink his teeth into his shoulder, claiming him in the way his kind were meant to be. Right now, Robby's skin probably felt warm to the touch; his aroma growing sweeter as he became wet with arousal, and he was battling the desire to squirm in his seat, even if it wasn't yet noticeable. Those were all tell-tale signs of an omega in pre-heat.

Robby's eyes darted to his employer’s lips frantically, and he felt his heart speed up as he read several concerning sentences.

"Starting a car in a crowded showroom!!" "Are you out of your mind?" "What were you thinking?"

The freaked-out teenager quickly shifted his gaze towards Louie, hoping for some sort of support, but instead found the man laughing at him.

[Outside the dealership:]

Robby instantly spun around, fist raised, and poised to punch whatever creep thought they could grab him.

"Whoa, easy there, kid," Mr. LaRusso said, raising his hands.

Robby lowered his fist and stared at the businessman, recognizing that the person who grabbed him wasn't a threat. "Don't bother firing me, ok? I quit."

Daniel noted the boy's voice had a slight lisp, but didn't think anything of it. "Your name is Robby, right?"

"Yes," the boy replied, reading his lips.

Sensing that something was 'off', Daniel cocked his head curiously and inquired, "Are you reading my lips?"

"Yes," his employee answered simply.

"You're deaf?" It wasn't a question.

Robby nodded anyway.

This was a bit unexpected.

I know this probably isn’t what my followers wanted to hear, but I’m going to have to take a break from writing. I don’t know how long honestly, I just know that there's a lot going on right now and I can’t handle trying to write story's right now. 

I was already dealing with the loss of a loved one that was extremely unexpected and hit me very hard. 

However, things just seemed to have gotten worse before they got better and now I’m dealing with a second loss of someone I love. Someone whose death has rocked me to the core. 

It’s just...a lot. 

It’s a lot to handle emotionally and it’s a lot to process. 

Thank you to all my readers who have stuck by me so far. ❤️ 

I really appreciate it and I hope to come back to the drawing board with a bunch of awesome storylines once I’m finished grieving.

You’re right and you should say it!! 

#Miguel has always been the instigator

There’s nothing like looking up a video on Youtube of Robby and Miguel fighting to pick out the necessary details for a WIP fanfic. Then getting distracted by all the nasty comments the fans throw at Robby.

For instance, people claim that Robby’s a bully, that he always reacts without honor, that Miguel was an angel ever since the beginning, that Robby doesn’t deserve his dad’s respect, and that they wished it was Robby who got kicked over the railing, that Robby purposely tried to kill Miguel, that Robby “stole” Sam from Miguel, and of course that Miguel never cheated in the first tournament and therefore won both fights “fair and square”.

I get that people like Miguel, but he’s far from an angel and he didn’t act honorably during the first tournament.

He was a downright bully in the beginning to a boy who had done nothing to him, just because he was jealous and possessive.

It REALLY makes you want to take any tiny amount of respect you had for Miguel after season 5 and just throw it out the window.

I ended up temporarily moving on to another work for the night because just the thought of writing Miguel was making me angry and I didn’t want my anger towards his character to affect what would have otherwise been a nice story.
