The programs main focus was on young adults and women, helping and preparing them how to overcome and adapt with the changing business environment. They taught the people the challenges they are going to face in the field, how to start a company by oneself and techniques to overcome certain situations. It even gave opportunity for the newcomers to showcase their innovative ideas and provided start-up funding to the best ideas. The program enrolled entrepreneurs from all around the world to share their experiences in business, both success and failures. The program included many individuals and speakers, even big international business tycoons were present for the webinar, to share their stories and adventures.

He also launched many missions to help the youth to pursue their desire to be an entrepreneur and solve the problems related to unemployment. GLOBAL YOUTH ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM was such a platform for the youth to make use of. Here, they gave participants corporate training and lectures on how to build a successful business epitome, they had the opportunity to closely observe a company for 30 days and understand the operations and their dealings. The duration of this program lasted for a month, online workshops were provided where business experts from all around the world participated and gave classes and advices on different significant areas of business-like planning, networking, operating and finances. They provided a feasible way for the youth and helped them to improve their skills, become more confident and also how each decision plays a vital role in their success. Their ultimate motto was not only to mold young entrepreneurs but also to make a beneficial influence upon the society and be an example for the future.

He created a platform for the youth to practice Entrepreneurship and to gain practical knowledge on how entrepreneurs validate concepts through structured experiments, refine their business strategy, and raise the capital necessary to create value and grow their business.

The program begins with finding the purpose by providing access to potential business opportunities, outlines some of the challenges they might face, and offers a formula for creating a new company for the youth. It helped them in identifying the important people in the process of entrepreneurship and how each plays a powerful role in their success. The mission is to support the development of Entrepreneurship in Youth through world-class corporate training, strategies, expert advice and followed by a 30 days CEO program. This mission has reached 70,000+ people across the globe impacted the lives of 10,000+ youth to date.

In order to provide a practical experience of the corporate culture Rohit Naidu launched “SMART-OFFICE” developed by IFortis Corporate, A first Kind virtual office setup to cultivate and provide a practical experience over the corporate culture to the youth.
