A Relaxing Walk into the Forest

Imagine a forest.  It is green and full of life.

You want to go into the forest. You see a path leading into the forest. You take the path into the forest.

As you go deeper and deeper. You look up and what do you see? You see the tree branches. And the sun shinning through the canopy of the trees. As you walk the canopy gets thicker and thicker. The forest gets darker and darker. You can hear the birds chirping, and the animals playing. It is so peaceful and beautiful So green and full of life. You keep walking deeper and deeper into the forest.

Up ahead you see a huge tree in the midst of the forest..

A tree that makes all the other trees in the forest look like saplings. You head for the tree. As you go deeper and deeper into the forest. You can hear water trickling it seems to be coming from the direction of the tree. You keep walking deeper and deeper into the forest

You are getting tired from walking You want,  you need a place to relax As you get closer to the tree you can hear the water sound get louder and louder. Finally you come to a clearing You can see the huge tree in the middle of the clearing. Next to and below the tree you see a pool. The pool looks so inviting.  It looks so relaxing

The clearing is so peaceful and you feel so free out here all by yourself and no one around You just want to go lay in the pool and bathe while you relax. You decide to take off your clothes and step into the pool. As you step into the pool your feet and ankles tingle from the water. It feels so good. So magical. You wade out to a deeper part of the pool. The water feels so good as you lay down in it. You begin to relax as the water makes your whole body tingle Gently you close your eyes and relax… Letting all your cares and worries go… At this moment in time… Nothing matters… As you switch off your thoughts… And just allow this time for yourself… The water sinks softly in every crevice of your body…. And you begin to feel more and more relaxed… Letting go of any worries or problems… You to take a couple of deep breaths… And slowly filling your lungs with fresh air… You can feel the magic of the water sinking into your skin.. And as you exhale … You relax more and more… With every breath… And as you gently slow your breathing down… You begin to feel more and more relaxed… More and more comfortable… You will feel your whole body sinking softly into the water…. You feel the tingling inside your body…… And you notice how relaxed your whole body has become… From the top of you head… To the tips of your toes… And you begin to drift down deeper and deeper… And as the wave of tingling and relaxation spread down your neck and shoulders… And all the way down your arms to your fingertips… And all the way down your legs to your toes…….. You soon become aware of a growing peaceful feeling inside… A feeling of calmness… You feel every muscle in your chest and abdomen become limp and relaxed… Feel the tingling waves of relaxation flow over your body…… And all the muscles in your back are relaxing… Almost like a mental massage… All the way down your spine… The muscles loosen and relax… You are completely relaxed from the top of your head… To the tips of your toes… Your mind begins to wander. It doesn’t matter where you drift… I will travel with you at all times… You will respond to me on an unconscious level… All the unnecessary nervous tension is going out of your body… Your body continues to sink down deeper and deeper… Becoming more and more limp … More and more relaxed… And comfortable…. You Feel completely at peace, calm, and contented… As you continue to drift down… You really enjoy this wonderful feeling of complete relaxation… There may be times when you will not be aware of your body… You wont be aware of your body at all… As you continue to go deeper and deeper relaxed…… Sinking deeper and deeper all the way down relaxed…

When I Keev(pronounced keve) type to you from now on you will hear me.  My voice is calm, soothing, kind, loving, exciting , very arousing, and very caring.
