Give me the Aphrodite kids that hide daggers in their hairbrushes, whose perfectly manicured French-tipped nails show no sign of the poison in the polish, with mascara that helps them see through the Mist more easily, with leather jackets that are stylish and give better protection than other tops.

Magical makeup.

Weapons that hide as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, hair clips.

Kids that know they’re beautiful, and know that people will underestimate them because of it.

Ones that will send a brilliant, perfect smile at you to distract you while their partner drives a knife into your back.

Ones that can flirt their way out of any situation, and that know exactly what to say.

Ones that can take one look at you and figure out every emotional weakness you have and have no qualms in ripping through them all to get what they want.

Ones that took “All’s fair in love and war” and ran with it.

Ones that know that, as much as love can be amazing and incredible, love can also be heartbreaking and terrible and soul-wrenching.

Ones that are just as dangerous, if not more, than the Area and Athena and Big Three kids - because those others can kill you, but they can make you wish you had never lived in the first place.

Just. Dangerous Aphrodite kids.
