The thought of being filled with some kind of alien eggs that self replicate and multiply is so appealing. Every time you think you got them all out you start ballooning back up in a week or two and start the process all over again. The only way to stop getting reimpregnated is to get them all out at once which can feel impossible when it takes only a few weeks to look overdue with triplets. Maybe sometimes you test yourself to see just how big you can get, or purposefully keep a few in at a time to always look three or four months along.
