Taking Care of a Sick Julius Headcanons

(I heard Julius gets sick easily so I wrote this O3O)

It's fairly easy for Julius to get sick and end up bedridden for days. Despite his impressive build he is indeed human which makes him just as susceptible to colds as everyone else if not more considering he usually only wears boxers.

When Julius first starts getting sick you barely notice any difference. He doesn’t want you to worry so he does his best to brush off some of the smaller symptoms and take a few painkillers to help with fatigue.

When you notice that he is sweating more than he usually does after his workouts and his complexion has gotten paler you start to worry and reach a hand out towards him only to feel his skin is hot to the touch. Using whatever miniscule strength you have you attempt to drag Julius to bed to rest.

He is a bit hesitant to have you help him at first and insists that he can take care of himself. In reality he just doesn’t want to burden you and eventually relents once he sees how determined you are to help him.

At first he doesn’t like having you see him like this at all. He can’t train, he can’t function at full strength, and he can barely walk without feeling dizzy and needing to lie back down. He just wants to get better as soon as possible.

The only good thing about this is that he can spend more time around you though he does warn you not to get too close to him to avoid catching the cold as well.

Even though he appreciates the help, he’ll always remind you to take it easy and not overwork yourself. If you tire yourself out you might get sick too and that’s the last thing he wants.

For the most part you need to help him maintain a healthy temperature by keeping him cool and lowering his fever. You also help him take medicine every few hours.

Since Julius isn’t well enough to cook you end up making him some soup and protein shakes to go along with it so he doesn’t have to worry about his calorie intake. He smiles internally at the fact that you know him so well.

You make a mental note to order some custom clothes once Julius heals up. You’d hate to have him get sick again right after recovering.

While he still doesn’t want to have to rely on people too much he does learn to be more comfortable showing you his more vulnerable side and admires how much you care for him.

Meguro and Hayami Fluff Headcanons

Meguro 

When you first start dating it takes him a little while to ease up on his strength and be more cautious around you but once he gets used to it he’ll take every chance he can to “practice being gentle.” Like when you’re idly standing or sitting near each other, he’ll slip his hand near you and let his fingers intertwine with yours while softly letting his thumb run across the skin of your hand. 

He gives the best cuddles. A little muscley sure but warm and welcoming nonetheless. He’s a pretty big guy and honestly thinks it’s cute whenever he goes in for cuddles and nearly envelopes you in a tangle of limbs, blankets, and pillows. He never gets tired of tender moments like these and can’t help but smile uncontrollably with excitement. 

Meguro loves being around you and will pout if he has to do something that doesn’t involve you or judo. Spending time with you is always enjoyable for him even if you’re just sharing a lazy afternoon together.

Turns out the garden in Katsumasa’s mansion just so happens to have the perfect view of the night sky and what better way to enjoy it than with his beloved by his side. 

Meguro isn’t the best with words but he always tries to show how much you mean to him. He develops a habit of occasionally saying “love you” at random times and not a day goes by where he fails to tell you that.

 Hayami 

Like his brother Hayami loves cuddling you and will usually run up to you and pull you into a hug after a long day of classes and training. He can’t explain it but having you wrapped up in his arms never fails to give him a sense of ease and comfort. 

He’ll often share his favorite books with you and plan bookstore dates every once in a while. One of his favorite things is to cuddle up next to you on the couch and read a book together as he rests his head on top of yours. 

He likes to surprise you with little gifts he knows you’ll enjoy or simple things that remind him of you. Whether it's stopping by your favorite sweets shop to grab a couple treats or picking out a small bouquet of your favorite flowers he always swells with excitement and anticipation for the moment he can surprise you with something and see your face light up.

Hayami enjoys cooking especially when you offer to help in the kitchen. It’s one of his interests aside from reading and judo so he’s glad whenever the two of you can try out new recipes together.  

Hayami is a hardworking student but occasionally when he gets bored in class he’ll doodle pictures of you in his notebook. If you ever find them and bring it up he’ll immediately get flustered.

Woooooo my first ask! Sorry I took a bit longer than I thought I would. Meguro and Hayami are a few of my favorites from kengan and I wanted to get their characters right. I hope you enjoy! ^_^

Yandere Meguro and Hayami Headcanons

Yandere Meguro

It’s rare for Meguro to develop close relationships with people. Most of the time he ends up either killing them or scaring them off immediately. You however were the one exception. You didn’t run like the others and despite his bloodlust something in him always held him back. “Just a little longer… I’ll probably kill them tomorrow...” he thought to himself day after day until months had passed and he could no longer imagine a life without you by his side.

Being in a relationship with Meguro certainly has its challenges but as a yandere his temperament and behavior can become much worse and often range from difficult to downright deadly depending on the circumstances.

Meguro is definitely not one to hide his emotions. Both in a good and a bad way.

He’ll happily wrap you up in his arms and nuzzle his head against your face or the crook of your neck while giving you a few sloppy licks and kisses at the same time. He doesn’t care if you’re alone or in public. He loves you and wants you to know that.

On the other hand if he feels like someone is getting too friendly around you he won’t hesitate to try and throw them. It doesn’t matter if he’s in public or if he does it in front of you, he won’t let them off unharmed if they dare to come near his beloved. It takes a lot of time, reassurance, and trust for you to be able to talk him down but eventually he’ll calm down and go back to what you two were doing a few moments before as if nothing happened.

He sees nothing wrong with hurting other people especially if he thinks they’re trying to get between you and him. He has never really had the best moral compass, that is if he even had one to begin with. After all, Katsumasa can always help him cover it up anyways.

He won’t tie you up or lock you in a room but he will follow you EVERYWHERE. At first you think it’s cute. The way he’s always just a few steps behind you, trailing you like a lost puppy. It becomes a lot less cute once you realize he practically never lets you out of his sight and it's nearly impossible to out run him.

The longer you stay with him the more protective and clingy he gets. He has a tendency to pull you closer to himself whenever he wants attention, trapping you in his arms. If you try to push him away he’ll just laugh it off and hold you even closer thinking you’re just playing and definitely not being crushed under his overwhelming strength. You’ll have to help him realize his own strength to avoid getting injured from one of his “cuddling sessions”.

I swear he could probably smell if other people have been near you and if he finds out he’ll sulk and wrap you up in his arms refusing to let you go until you reassure him that it was nothing to worry about.

Flat out rejecting him or trying to leave the relationship is probably the worst thing you can do. Meguro may be used to physical pain but complicated emotional pain is new to him; it hurts, it doesn’t feel good at all, and it won’t go away. He would probably end up cornering you with bloody tears streaming down his face questioning why you would do this to him when he loves you so much.

Meguro is more likely to become violent or hurt you in the heat of the moment in response to the heartbreak and emotional pain so it's crucial to choose your words and actions very carefully in that kind of situation.

Yandere Hayami

On the surface dating Hayami seems pretty normal for the majority of your relationship. He’s a kind, polite man who cherishes you and never fails to show you how much you mean to him. Your relationship couldn’t be better! It’s only by chance that you notice one of the little flaws in his facade and from there everything you knew about the man you loved begins to fall apart bit by bit.

Hayami believes that everything he does is simply out of his love for you. All the pictures he takes without you knowing? He just wants to capture the precious moments he spends with you! The tracking program he secretly set up on your phone? What caring boyfriend wouldn’t want to know his partner is safe. It's all for your sake or at least that’s what he tells himself.

Hayami wouldn’t try to kidnap you or drug you, at least not during the beginning of your relationship. No need to ruin a good thing…. and yet the persistent feeling of wanting to truly have you all to himself slowly starts to grow inside of him until it's nearly unbearable.

Despite his intimidating build, Hayami’s smile and calm demeanor would make you none the wiser when it comes to his yandere side. Sure he acts a bit awkward from time to time but you usually brush it off as nothing. Everyone acts a little weird sometimes, right?

Most of the time he plays his obsessive infatuation off as protectiveness instead. When the two of you are out in public he almost always holds your hand or has his arm around you. It's a sweet and innocent gesture but in reality it only feeds his desire to have you closer to him and away from everyone else.

He gets really anxious if you don’t answer his calls. It drives him crazy and he can’t help but think the worst. He’ll go out of his way to find where you are and secretly follow you just for “safety” reasons of course. When you come home he’ll tell you how worried he was, how much he missed you, and how he was nervous something had happened to you even though he was basically stalking you all day after you wouldn’t answer his first few messages and calls.

He doesn’t necessarily enjoy being mean or hurting others but he’ll do what he has to do. Love and relationships come with sacrifice after all and if it’s for you he’d do just about anything. He just wishes they would stop looking at you and leave you alone and if the only way to communicate that to them is through violence then he won’t turn down a fight.

Hayami would never attack someone in front of you. He wouldn’t want you to worry or scare you so he’ll just wait for the right time to get rid of them. If he gets blood on his clothes he’ll usually just crack a joke about how his brother wanted to have a little last minute practice match.

When you finally piece together that something is clearly off with Hayami and go to confront him he’ll go silent before putting on his signature smile and confessing that everything he’s done was simply because he cared about you. He genuinely believes that you would understand why acted the way he did, why he had to dispose of the people that were only going to get in between you two.

Even if you explain how you feel, Hayami would still be in denial, thinking that his actions are in your best interest and that you are probably just confused or scared. Why else would you try to leave your loving boyfriend behind?

Even if you reject him or try to run away Hayami wouldn’t use force or violence against you unless it was a last resort. He’ll patiently and gently pin you down or carry you back making escape rather futile. That still doesn’t mean he isn’t hurt by your attempts to leave him. Each time you resist or try to run his chest tightens and the emotional pain comes flooding back.

Meguro and Hayami Slice of Life Headcanons

Just a few slice of life headcanons with Meguro and Hayami. Apologies in advance if this is a little ooc but I just wanted a little fluff ><. I’ll probably make a separate post including their s/o but this one will more or less just be about them chilling outside of judo practice O3O

When it comes to meals at home Hayami usually handles most of the cooking. He has a couple cook books tucked away in the corner of the kitchen and enjoys having his older brother try out new recipes. Meguro has made a few attempts to cook on his own but the food either turned out burned or inedible. Meguro isn’t a picky eater but does prefer the food Hayami makes.

Hayami loves to read and will sometimes read out loud when his brother is around. Meguro may not have much interest or patience to read as much as Hayami but he’ll sit by him and listen from time to time. Occasionally Meguro will even bring back books he thinks his brother might like. Half the time he has no idea what they are about but Hayami appreciates the gesture nonetheless.

They both take care of various chores around the house though Meguro will sometimes forget and need a couple reminders. They’re both strong af so moving furniture around to clean is a breeze for them. (Cut to Meguro smacking an entire couch to the side to vacuum under it)

They have the same physical build and will sometimes wear each other’s clothes if they get mixed up. Hayami doesn’t mind and Meguro doesn’t care.

(slightly less fluffy hc) Let’s be real here…. they probably do laundry often if not every day. Judo training between them can get brutal and blood isn’t the easiest thing to clean off of a pure white gi. Meguro doesn’t really care as much since his coveralls are dark blue and the blood is less apparent but he’ll wash them every now and then.

Nikaido once visited while Meguro was out doing something for Katsumasa and instead was greeted by Hayami for the first time. He was pretty shocked at first thinking that Meguro had somehow changed entirely until Hayami finally explained they were brothers. He still has trouble believing they’re related with how different they act.

Between the two of them only Hayami can drive. Please do not entrust Meguro with vehicles or heavy machinery.

While their hair styles are quite similar Meguro’s hair is longer and sticks out more. Hayami has tried to comb it out and smooth it down but it always poofs back to its usual pointy look.

They both wear glasses and have accidentally worn each other’s glasses for a week without noticing.

When Hayami was younger he once tried to copy his brother’s face markings with a marker. He even tried sticking his tongue out to look more like his older brother. Meguro humored him for the day before he realized Hayami had used a permanent marker….

Hayami is used to his brother’s blep face but he did panic one time when Meguro accidentally bit his tongue while talking. Luckily it wasn’t serious and there wasn’t a lot of blood though Meguro did seem oddly happy when it happened.

It’s all fun and games until Meguro stubs his toe on a coffee table and a very confused Hayami walks in wondering why there’s moaning coming from the living room.
