Early Life
Jared Frank Biller was born on November 2, 1971, in Ottawa, Ontario, to Gabriel Biller who was a firefighter, and Elizabeth Duran who was a Principal at an elementary school. He is the first of three children, one brother, and one sister. When Jared was 12, his father (Gabriel Biller) was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer and unfortunately passed away when he was 15. After Jared graduated, he went to the University of Ottowa to get a master’s degree. When Jared was 22, he moved to Portland, Oregon to design games for Ogecl Entertainment.
In 1995, he left Ogecl after the failure of the Ogecl 9230. When he was 29, Jared moved back to Ottawa to work for Ontario Gaming Inc (which was ran by his father-in-law). Soon Biller ran up the ranks and four years later, he became the CEO after his father-in-law retired. In 2004, when Haruto Suzuki Passed away, Biller saw an opportunity to purchase the already failing company (Glubo.)

Life as an Executive
In November 2004, Biller became the Chief Executive (CEO) of Glubo North America. Jared Biller was the chairman of Glubo North America until November 2015. In 2015, Jared biller found an opportunity to become the global CEO after Jiro Yamazaki stepped down.
