Upon discovering a YouTube technical error that could result in the COPPA fines sweep bankrupting half of America, Kevin Neece releases an invocation cartoon onto the internet to turn fate against the FTC, only to realize due to human error, that once the cartoon went viral and was used in conjunction with a black witchcraft candle, Mara Marller's involvement in the spell could backfire times three killing everyone in the United States who uses it in retaliation against the FTC. In order to stop this from happening, Kevin must convince 500 members of US Congress and Senate to stop the COPPA sweep, but if he testifies, the spell backlash will kill both him and Skuld in the process. From an interdimensional standpoint. Kevin Neece is Doctor What - Doctor What is possessed by Mokkurkalfi - and Mokkurkalfi is Skuld's Doublet - the only solution is for a special guest star Doctor What to speak in his place. Terrance Zdunich from Repo The Genetic Opera cameo stars as Doctor What/Mokkurkalfi...
