Jumpcut Update

Things are starting to move for the Art Department. We got the shooting script which is great and now it's time to break it all down and get the ball rolling. Props, costumes, make up, set dressing, it's gonna be a super busy time for us :) challenge accepted. Also got to visit the bbc prop store and meet Eddie the prop guy, great guy and it was amazing seeing so many props. Mind blowing at first but after a walk around with Mark it all started to become manageable. Was a great experience and now I have a prop contact which is always great :)

Production Week has Begun

last week at Jumpcut was intense but this week has already topped that. i always thought i had a decent understanding of how a film is made but boy have i been proven wrong. today even though i couldn't attend all of it was amazing. even though im stressed out by the amount that needs done im alot more relaxed thanks to Mark our mentor for the art department. Gave us a good understanding of our responsibilities and now its just to put them into practice. As said i am part of the art department and ive got a great team ^.^ 3 talented people who are more organized than me so keep me in check haha. managed to receive bro fists from all department members which is now becoming my signature farewell in all interactions. im looking forward to working with everyone on jumpcut, everyone seems to be communicating well already and its great to be part of such a great and intense learning experience.
