I love the implication that all of huntr/x's songs are about taking down demons like you tune into korea's top girl group yeah they're talking about hunting people for sport again, yeah it's trending on melon and just won inkigayo, they only kill people in their mvs. i wonder what the group with a hunters concept will do next! will it be a song about first love?

what jinu allegedly did in canon for saja boys to become successful:

recruit four demon members and somehow convince them to join his boyband BEFORE getting Gwi-Ma's approval

taught them how to do different, but synchronized poses on cue

watch over and learn the evolution of modern kpop music, culture, fashion, and fandom

song lyricist & choreographer where he wrote (atleast) two singles and planned every move and expression.

made sure some of the choreo was memorable and easy enough to replicate and go trending

design brand collaterals like the soda cans, billboards, train displays, posters, ad videos, light sticks, oh and the logo too

basically a social media manager to create, edit, and schedule their social media posts

plan a photo and video shoot with the saja boys

record a studio version of soda pop and release it on streaming platforms

publicist where he basically booked them to the variety show, created a PR campaign and all to create hype for their first debut show in public to have some audience (the huntrix girls noted that there were more people than usual in the area before the saja boys' first performance)

did a kpop boyband bootcamp to wrangle four demons into becoming the perfect idol to act, sing and dance

Well, this might explain a fair few things, and Marc’s attitude. I’ve been wondering why he seems to turn into a nutcase whenever he battles Valentino.

Call me crazy, but I’m sensing a tiny bit of resentment towards Rossi and his “bit of distance”, along with a touch of “oh, okay I’ll fucking show you - I’ll beat you.”

So you have a kid who comes into MotoGP, hailed as the new Golden Boy. His first race he already gets to battle against his hero (whose posters he has on his wall, and miniature bikes he actually collects throughout 2013). Who rushes over to congratulate him, and their dorky little lovefest and constant praise (and defense over some of Marc’s aggressive moves) continues throughout 2013 and 2014. 

2015 happens, Honda’s in trouble, Marc’s struggling and Valentino’s winning. As in leading the championship from race 1 kind of winning. Best way to be able to battle hard and aggressively against Marc is by putting a bit of distance between them - okay, makes sense from his point of view. Probably not the best timing though for a 22-year-old who is trying to come to grips with the fact that his bike isn’t doing what he wants it to.  Then his childhood hero fucks off too (and I don’t care how many titles he won, he’s still a 22-year-old youngster), and for Marc it probably doesn’t make much sense considering he spends his days training with his little brother and best friend. And he’s certainly raced against Tito in the past, and it didn’t affect them. Add to it that some Spanish sources are stating that it was Marc who pushed his team to go to Race Direction, telling them to “back him”, and it just seems like a perfect storm.

So yeah. Rossi may have goofed up a bit (I get this was best for him, but the timing is shit; especially because if anyone out of all the aliens understands what it’s like to be on a bike that doesn’t do what he wants it to it’s Valentino.)

This is just my random thoughts upon reading the article (+ trying to imagine how it would feel to have someone you look up to suddenly become cold and distant), trying to make sense of Marc’s intense over-reactions (not even sure it’s the right word to use, since he was simply incorrect with regards to both Argentina and Assen - and threw out some pretty harsh accusations in the latter) when it comes to Rossi, and much more mild reactions when it comes to ‘disputes’ with other riders.

Adding onto the Reverse AU for the plane/skydive scene, their main song could totally be MIROH by Stray Kids! Jinu singing the intro while powerwalking through the airplane catwalk weapon in hand+Baby/Daeun as Felix deep voice, they even have "Lion" sounds throughout the entire song

Daeun with Felix's parts are pretty fitting, I've seen plenty of people comparing him to Stray Kids' lead rapper. He should get more moments to show off his rapping skills and deeper voice (*looks at a potential rap battle between him and reverse au Zoey*). And Felix opens up the song, so I think its funny if Daeun is opening the song because he would be the most ready-to-go/enthusiastic in terms of getting to fighting the demons.

And the lion sounds mixed into the song would match the fact that the boys have a lion as their band symbol, that the first word in their band name means “lion” in Korean, and are in a sense: a group of lions out on a hunt.

Also, imma throw in a little animal fact, male lions will form all-male coalitions after leaving their natal pride and will do a lot of hunting together (being very effective hunters since you kind of have to be or you'll starve), so its very fitting since the Saja Boys are an all-male group with lion imagery and they're out hunting demons.

I really like this part of the song in particular, since the lyrics could definitely fit into the whole being a demon hunter. How the demons constantly set traps (like the plane and the fake flight crew) and keep coming back, but the boys just hit them harder each time. And Stray Kids have described the song as bracing for a battle, which the Saja Boys here are doing that too and also carrying out said (frankly, one-sided) battle with the demon flight crew.

And the song is about overcoming obstacles and achieving success, and it also emphasizes teamwork and supporting each other (which is also fitting since the boys are a team and meant to overcome anything coming their way together, whether its k-pop idol stuff or demon hunting or personal insecurities).

Silly Tarnma AU where back in the day before the war, Deltaran Medical Facility had a Sexy Medics Calendar Fundraiser for the hospital featuring the staff members. Damus got a copy because when they were both at the Jhiaxian Academy, Skids bought more than one to support the hospital but didn’t know what to do with the extra copy and gave one to Damus who actually did need a calendar and wasn’t going to say no to a free one.

Fast forward four million years later Tarn still owns a copy of that calendar and he may have used it for self servicing inspiration throughout the years. Each month features a different medic, but there’s one that he spends particularly more time looking at that makes him feel some type of way even if the calendar is now out of date. The page features a medic jet standing over another bot, wings proudly flared in a domineering stance. The jet’s long legs are artfully displayed leading down to one of his pedes stepping on another bot’s closed modesty panel in a suggestive way while the jet pulls the leash connected to the collar wrapped around the “patient’s” neck with one hand as the other hand is transformed displaying the medic’s tools.

Tarn goes to Delphi prepared to threaten/blackmail the new CMO there and his brain goes blank and short circuits when he sees the bot in front of him. I know Cybertronian calendars wouldn’t match Earth ones so they would have different month names and breakdown of how they section off time, but essentially the only thought currently in Tarn’s head seeing Pharma is the equivalent of ‘Mr. January?!?!!!’ Tarn’s HUD is blaring notifications about engaging interfacing protocols and he’s doing everything in his power to override any commands to ensure his panels stay locked. Tarn was not prepared to see the bot who has featured in many of his risqué dreams in real life ever. This is not helped by the fact that when Pharma speaks he’s just as sharp tongued and sounds even hotter than Tarn’s fantasies. Hot dom!medic jet is real and Tarn has no idea how to handle all of that lol

Can we appreciate the attention to detail?

They really gave the thought and effort in designing the logo for the Idol Awards in it’s 2008-ish era and transform it in how it would be redesigned today. I mean, in the past logo, they really included the title and star element as a whole, with its characteristic golden and black palette from the early 2000’s. And for the actual logo they really simplified it to its minimalistic form, such as we are living with so many minimalistic redesigns right now.

Here you can appreciate them better. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the whole team of the movie, especially for including so many well-thought details even if they are shown for like .3 seconds.

EDIT: hold up, I just realized something. Celine dressed baby Rumí with a sleeveless dress…. Did Celine applied makeup over Rumi’s patterns for the red carpet OR did the patterns appeared when Rumí was a little bit older?????????

so I was rewatching the beginning of KPDH and during the first underworld scene I noticed something:

there's a lot of the jeoseung saja (grim reapers with the gat hats) in the background here and there. at one point there's a super wide shot of the crowd and––

there's at least half a dozen sajas in this shot alone. which means jinu actually did go through the underworld purposely looking for only the pretty looking ones to recruit into his harebrained boyband scheme before he went to gwi ma 😭
