Sleeping in the day time and staying awake till late in the night. 6. Swelling can be caused on the inner lining of the nose that may cause pain. Environmental factors, pollutants, and allergies are also causes of sinus, cough, and cold.
Treatments of sinus are:
• If you are suffering from a simple sinus infection, then your doctor might recommend you to use saline nasal washes and a decongestant. A dosage of decongestant cannot be taken for more than 3 days. Other medication includes the application of calamine lotion, intake of diphenhydramine, such as Benadryl.
Here are some remedies which you can follow:
1. Apply cool compresses or wet cloths to the affected areas. 2. Try to work and sleep in a cool room. 3. Wear loose-fitting lightweight clothes. 4. Bathing in an anti-itching solution, can soothe skin and reduce irritation. 5. Apply Aloe vera to the affected area. It has some healing properties, that may give some relief.
How to manage hives?
When Hives are in the initial stage and less in number and swelling is less, you may not need treatment. The icing on the skin relieves itching by placing cool cloths on the hives, or by taking cool showers.
Some people have a bad allergic reaction, as breathing problems talk to good skin doctor about an “auto-injector.” which stops the allergic reaction when it is injected into your thigh. Auto-injectors are spring-loaded syringes. So take care before this affects you severely.

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for one’s health and well being. It’s a bunch of fat-soluble secosteroids which helps the body enhancing intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate. Tonsils are the two oval-shaped pads of tissues which are located at the back of the throat, one on each side. When tonsils suffer inflammation, that condition is called tonsillitis. The Infection occurs for two to three weeks.
After around 10-12 days since you have been infected, the measles virus gets incubated. There will be no signs or symptoms the first time of measles.  
A person who has been suffering from measles can spread the virus to another person. This starts from the 4th day before which the rash starts appearing and can continue for about eight days, and when the rashes have been present for 4 days, it ends.
Complications caused due to measles are very common. For people having weak immunity, it can be very serious, such as those with:
1. AIDS 2. Leukemia 3. HIV 4. Adults over the age of 20. 5. Very young children. Normally, older people have way more complications than healthy children (over the age of 5 years).
The complications can include:
1. Eye infection 2. Diarrhea 3. Vomiting 4. Laryngitis and bronchitis 5. Difficulty in breathing.
Causes of measles:
Measles is caused due to infection caused by the rubeola virus. The virus starts living in the throat, or mucus of the nose of an infected child or an adult.
Measles is very contagious in the beginning, i.e., for about 4 days before the rashes start appearing, and it still contagious for about 4 to 5 days after the symptoms have gone.
Infection caused due to measles spreads through:
1. Being close to infected people when they cough or sneeze 2. Any physical contact with an infected person 3. Touching a surface which has infected droplets of mucus
Treatment for measles includes the following:
For measles, there does not exist in any specific way in which it can be treated. It is advised to take rest and drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration. The below-listed measures may be of some help:
1. People should definitely not smoke near the person who is infected. 2. If there is some crustiness around the eyes of the infected person, then you should try to gently clean it with a warm, damp cloth. 3. BLOOD PRESSURE- Types, Symptoms & Causes
The pressure at which the blood circulates in our blood vessels is called Blood Pressure. This Pressure is due to the functioning of the heart i.e. pumping blood. Blood pressure fluctuates all through the day. It is usually lowest during night hours and highest when you wake up. Blood pressure is commonly measured in millimeters of mercury denoted as mmHg.
Blood pressure along with pulse rate, body temperature etc is one the important functions which indicate healthy living of a human being.
Blood pressure is bifurcated and measured into two following parts:
1.Maximum Pressure during one heartbeat known as Systolic pressure 2.Minimum Pressure between two heartbeats known as diastolic pressure
Normally blood pressure of a healthy adult is approximately 120mmHg systolic and 80mmHg diastolic. Symbolically, it is represented as 120/80mmHg.
Based on the above standards, there are two types of situations:
Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension): Blood pressure that falls below the standards is defined in medical terms as Hypotension
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension): Blood pressure that falls above the standards is defined in medical terms as Hypertension.
Usually, High BP is quite common in comparison to Low BP.
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension):-
Many people fail to understand their medical state of High BP or Hypertension until it becomes severe. It is advised to consult a doctor for regular check up to avoid severe situations coming from long term hypertension.
Various Causes of High Blood Pressure:

Love is a divine feel. The word feels us with joy and peace. We always wish to have our life full of lovely things. We want to surround ourselves with the things that we love. Even when we wish to choose our life partner. We wish it to be the one whom we love.
As we know marriage is a social sacrament and an auspicious event in our life that has the capacity to change our life or transform our life and the way we live, into a completely different dimension. So why don't we expect it to be a love marriage, where we are familiar with every if and but of the other side.
People have tried various ways to define and forecast such an event for others. Iron Deficiency Anaemia and How to Overcome it
Anemia is common and affects many people around us. It is primarily defined as a condition of having low levels of hemoglobin in the blood. There are several reasons which contribute to an anaemic condition including- low level of iron because of the lack of high-quality protein in our daily diet; low level of vitamin B6 as Vitamin B6 helps in the synthesis of hemoglobin; and lack of vitamin C in our daily diet since vitamin C helps in proper absorption of iron in our body. Insufficient intake of Vitamin B12 also leads to anemia.
Anaemia is a type of condition which can occur to every person, but it is more common in children and women, especially pregnant mother.  Different surveys have suggested that almost 65 percent women of Asia suffer from anaemia. As per National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) a large percentage of adolescent girls suffer from anaemia as well.  Today, however, we will focus our discussion only on anaemia caused by iron deficiency.

Iron deficiency anaemia is very common and can be reversed by following proper diet and lifestyle. There are different causes for iron deficiency anemia:
Lack of iron intake: People generally eat cereal based food and ignore foods that are rich in iron.  Iron-rich foods like dates, raisins and rice flakes are generally absent from normal diet. Animal proteins are a good source of iron and this iron is easily absorbed by our body. But many people are vegetarians and therefore don’t consume animal protein. The problem is - the lack caused by absence of animal protein is often not compensated by plant based protein, which leads to anaemia, as the equilibrium of balanced diet is disturbed.
Improper utilization of iron: There are different reasons for improper utilization of absorbed iron in our body. Several gastrointestinal problems, like inflammation of gastro intestinal tract, often lead to improper utilization of iron in our body.
Blood loss: It can occur due to accidents, intestinal bleeding and other surgery-related issues.
Increased demand for iron: A particular age or a particular physiological condition may demand more iron than what is expected during normal times. For example: during pregnancy in women; among adolescent girls during their menses; and in infants during the period of their rapid growth and development, - the demand for iron drastically increases. Women following a weight loss diet plan should make sure to have a sufficient quantity of iron in their diet.
Improper absorption: This is another reason that makes people suffer from iron deficiency anaemia. People may intake sufficient amount of iron but due to lack of other nutrients in our body, iron is not absorbed properly. There are other physiological conditions which also lead to improper iron absorption like chronic renal diseases, severe diarrhoea and gastrectomy etc. Some other anti-nutritional factors also inhibit iron absorption like- phytates, phosphates and tannin.
Symptoms of iron deficiency anaemia:
The initial symptoms of Iron deficiency anaemia are very mild but when the deficiency of iron in our body is increased then the symptoms begin to appear gradually. The main symptoms are as follows:
1.Weakness and fatigue.
2.Pale colour of skin and eyes.
3.Tingling sensation in hand and feet.
4.Headache and dizziness.
5.Shortness of breath
6.Vertigo
7.Poor appetite
How to overcome this condition:
Iron deficiency anemia can be reversed by proper diet. Regular consumption of iron-rich foods, along with essential vitamins and minerals, help increase iron levels in our blood. Now, I would share the dietary guidelines necessary for the prevention of iron deficiency anaemia and at the same time suggest foods that help increase iron level in our blood.
Protein: First and the most important thing is protein. Include protein rich foods in your daily diet. Animal proteins like egg, fish, and lean meat should be eaten for reversing the effects of iron deficiency anaemia.  For vegetarians, they can eat dal and dal products like rajma, chana, chickpeas, mung dal and lentils .But please note that plant protein is not easily digested and absorbed by our body, so you have to include some vitamin C rich fruits like lemon in your daily diet for proper protein absorption.
Iron: Iron is the key component which is required for red blood cell formation, so lack of iron in your foods is directly linked with anemia. Iron-rich foods like dates, rice flakes, raisins, and dark green leafy vegetables should be included in your diet.
Vitamin C: This is another important vitamin for preventing anaemic condition. Vitamin C helps in proper protein absorption and enhances the function of iron in our body. Vitamin C rich foods like Amla, guava, sweet lime, green chili and other fresh vegetables which are green in color should be included in your diet.
By including the three above mentioned nutrients in your daily diet, you shall be able to prevent or reverse iron deficiency anemia.

Infections are harmful to our body especially when the infections happen at the sensitive areas like ears. An ear infection is basically present in a form of viral or bacterial infection inside our effects and the direct effects can be observed at the middle ear.

Managing Pain: - Doctor usually advises you to manage the pain and reduce the painful effects. Use a moist cloth to keep on the affected area may reduce the pain.
Intake of aspirin should be in an adequate quantity, as directed by the physician.
Antibiotic Therapy: - After an initial period of observation doctors may recommend you the antibiotics. Take the dosage on routine time.
