I’m not sure what outfit I want to wear to our town hall meeting… it’ll be my first time meeting everyone in person. Usually I don’t care about these things but navigating a remote work environment means showing up in person matters a ton!

Today was a good work day! I felt super productive. Went through the colour analysis for our training program. Everyone liked the colour scheme I picked out, so I pretty much spent the day on branding.

Made it to my morning pilates class + enjoyed the best matcha ever this afternoon.

I finished editing a wfh tiktok that I’ll post tomorrow, life’s good😊

I’ve gotten the hang of articulate so quickly. I’m so happy I took the time to watch all of those online tutorials, it’s paid off! In today’s meeting our team complimented me on my progress and said they can see me having my own company one day.

I feel like I perfected my slow morning routine! I’m adding in early morning walks now twice a week and it’s so beautiful. I simply adore nature, it’s sounds, the little rumbles in the branches. I just love making the time to take care of myself.

I’ve had a few upwork clients on the side and the extra income has been sooo helpful in paying off my debt faster. It’s only been a few months since I started working full-time and I’m so close to paying off half of my debt! I downloaded the debt colouring pages again and it’s so cute to reflect on how far I’ve come in regards to my money management. I love budgeting now and sticking to my budget. I’m no longer into consumerism and enjoy spending my disposable income on wellness items + my fam/friends!

It’s so beautiful how relaxed I feel now in comparison to my last job. I feel like i’m working with my skillset and not against it. I love learning and paying close attention to design details so this field truly is perfect for me💕

I loveeeeee my new job! I still can’t believe how easy the transition was from one govt dept to the next. It feels surreal how kind my new team is. Everyone is super helpful and eager to do work we are proud of. I’ve gotten the hang of Articulate and I’m really enjoying using it.

Being able to work from home and local cafes is amazing. I’m able to fulfill my morning routine and not have to worry about the commute or dirty/unpleasant office environment. I feel so relaxed now.

I get my first paycheque soon! It will be at least $3000 net pay. I’ve already created a budget that I will stick to so I can repay my debts.

I have a new daily planner that keeps me organized in my work day. It’s so useful. Time flies by in my job, I even forget when my workday is over because I enjoy it so much sometimes.
