Plank-Ups
Begin in a high-plank position. With minimal body movement, lower your right forearm to the ground. Repeat with the left. Keeping your back straight and tight, return to your right hand, and then the left.
Options: This can also be done from your knees. To up the challenge, balance something light (like a yoga block) on your back to ensure you are not wiggling.

Side Plank
Line your elbow up with your shoulder and your shoulder with your hip and heel. With a very tight and braced core, push the ground away from you, staying active in the shoulder joint. Feet can be stacked or the top foot in front of the bottom, pressing the blades of the feet into the floor.

I never mentioned my own body or feelings, but it’s cool.
It’s also worth noting that no one has said that you can’t be proud of losing weight. That’s a personal feeling, I have no way of stopping you from feeling proud @thewritingjellyfish.
What we’re instead saying is that feeling proud due to weight loss isn’t supported within the Body Positive Movement, and it’s worthwhile for people to examine where such feelings stem from. Pride in weight loss is typically based within a culture that feeds us fatphobia, body shaming and intense feelings of physical inadequacy since birth, and we want to recognize that.
If you want to be proud, do it, I guess. I don’t control your emotions. Just be aware of the negative impact you may be having on those around you and the manipulative culture of $weight$loss$ that you’re contributing to. And, of course, recognize that trying to publicly promote such material within Body Positive circles will make you the target of blowback. That’s the cost.

Hip Opening Stretch
Start on all fours; bring your big toes together and slowly begin to walk your knees apart as you lower your chest toward the floor. Breathe into those areas of tension and tightness, and take your time. Each time you exhale, you’ll sink a little bit deeper, and the more you stretch, the easier it gets. Repeat two to three times.

Double Leg Raise
Lay on your back. Place your thumbs under your tailbone for support. Lift your legs, flexing your feet as though you were going to kick your heels into the ceiling. Engage your core as you slowly lower your legs toward the floor. Only lower to the point that you feel your abs engage—but don’t allow your lower back to lift off the floor.
