Hi, I’m KGV41, a 20 something year old British girl who like hearts a little too much. You can call me KGV, or KG, or anything really. I don’t mind. Lots of heart stuff here, a lot of it mine, so stear clear if that's not your thing

A little before (but not really) and after file during a recent workout of mine. First minute was recorded a little while after I started, during my first break. After that is about 9 minutes of recovery starting right after the final sprint of the workout and lasting until my butt got numb and I had to get off the bike and stretch. Let me know what you think :)

Just sat around, trying to work on a project, but apparently my heart had different ideas. I just can't focus while she's thumping so hard for no reason. Decided to record since it's been a little bit and it's not fair that I'm the only one who gets to enjoy it. Let me know what you think :)

Playing some Delta Force and decided to record some thumps. After all, what's the point of my heart doing all this work all the time if no one else gets to enjoy. Let me know what you think :)
Fun fact, this was originally going to be a full gameplay recording with a heart rate counter. I had a great match with loads of exciting moments that had my heart rate jumping up and down (and made me look really good at the game) and then I got to the end of it and remembered that delta force eats my inputs, so OBS never even started recording. RIP to that

Requests, content and other stuff
I've got some free time coming up in the next few days, so I'll probably do some recordings and maybe a short livestream if things are calm enough around the house. So if there's anything you'd like to hear from me, just let me know :) I'm open to pretty much anything, so long as you remember that just because you asked doesn't mean I have to do it. Anon asks are open. I've also been toying around with some ideas myself too. Probably some EKG stuff coming, I've got some story ideas that I really should finish, maybe even a picture series if I can summon up the courage (and fix the lighting in here).
Complete aside, but I want to shout out the 56 combined views I've gotten on my youtube channel that I noticed clicking around in analytics
I wish I knew who these are, because I want to shake your hand.

I was trying to get a calm, relaxed recording while I'm just watching youtube and unwinding but I guess my heart doesn't really do slow and gentle. At least not while there's a steth pressed into my chest. Let me know what you think :)

I barely feel my heart skip anymore, but I sit down and decide to test my recording gear and got one in 12 seconds. I decided that was an omen so I kept going. Apologies for the loud keyboard sounds, I feel like my noise removal made them worse. Let me know what you think :)

CRASH CHRONICLE 1: RYLEY
She swore she'd eventually start to take care of herself, at one point. That was, before she got tired of taking care of herself.
Yeah, she had put on some weight. Her pale skin had started to push out a bit and stretch her myriad tattoos, her belly button ring had to be redone. But it really had made a difference.
She got more attention now. Throughout her teenage years she was a skinny little goth thing, poor eating and adderrall rolls keeping her skeleton desperately close to her skin.
She moved black dyed hair from her face in the mirror, grinning as she replaced her nose ring after her hot shower. Her breasts, heavy and perfectly shaped as she gained weight, bounced slightly with her heat sped heartbeat beneath. She smiled as she pulled a battered old T-shirt from beneath her countertop and slid it over her head, breath hitching in anticipation. Her job had been demanding her presence every day for twelve hours a day for the past week, and her first weekend off in forever was going to be a good one even if it killed her. She reached into her polaroid decked cabinet and unravelled a small piece of paper. Her best friend had given it to her-some good Molly, apparently. Or it felt like Molly? Either way, Julia had said it kept her up and focused for a day straight and that everything swirled and looked beautiful to boot.
She smiled and swallowed the lone pill.
It slid down her throat and into her stomach, passing a time bomb in the process. Below beautiful skin and breasts that had the eyes of every man and woman in her friend group, a clock started ticking down. Caked in internal fat, a slightly scarred heart muscle with engorged ventricles that had been enlarged by her stimulant habits labored under the heat. Her atria fluttered slightly with each tepid squeeze, veins bulging as her stressed heart fired at over 140BPM from the effort of standing in the shower.
She giggled, sent a text to the group chat, and went about her day. Sitting in her bed watching a TV show about a serial killer, sipping tea from a mug she had stolen from a local restaraunt, she felt the pill kick in. At first she started to get antsy, feeling the need go move with a chasing feeling of euphoria that caused her to giggle at a stuffed animal in her room. The feeling kept coming on stronger and stronger, incredibly intense senses consuming her- but she was experienced, this was quality stuff tested by her friends, and she was going to have fun. She felt a strange fluttering sensation in her chest as her heart sped up and giggled to herself. The body high was lovely!
She stood and walked downstairs to explore and ease the wiggles she had been taken by. She turned some music on and danced in circles lightly, seeming to feel the vibrations everywhere. She was aware of everything- the way her hair felt on her scalp, how her toes felt on the carpet, the viscious pounding of her heart-
Wow, her heart was fucking thrashing. She paused for a moment and laid her hand across her sweat soaked chest, slight belly bulge heaving from the effort of her dance. She realized at some point she had shed her shirt and was standing in nothing but her panties. Below her hand she could feel her heart thrusting with all of its pitiful might at 192BPM, moving her hand up and down as it did so. Her smart watch pinged for her to calm down, causing her to burst into a fit of giggles. How weird was it that she wore a second smartphone on her wrist? What a crazy world.
Inside of her, the exhausted heap of vibrating muscle sped faster and faster. Her natural pacemaker fired at top speed, forcing scarred heart tissue from past unknown heart attacks to stretch to their limit. Oxygen flow was poor, and the ballooned organ that hardly resembled its old shape struggled to keep up with her onslaught.
Soaked in sweat and grinding her teeth, she elected to clean her living room. Every time she bent over she got light headed on the way up, the fluttering feeling increasing in frequency as her drug ruined heart tried desperately to keep rhythm and failed in pathetic fashion.
Fear crossed her mind as a strange pressure and dizziness set in. Shaking her head she elected to grab a glass of water and head upstairs to cool off in bed for a bit.
At over 200BPM, that was the final straw. Her thick thighs that made every pair of leggings look like art on her seemed to burn after the first step. She leaned over on the railing as she went, slowly slogging her way up as panic gripped her and her heart spiralled further. The fluttering feeling was constant now, her ventricles wobbling in uncoordinated half pumps as tachycardia fucked their rhythm.
She reached for her watch to call 911- but she had taken it off. Where had she taken it off? A stab of pain lanced through her heaving chest, breasts bouncing noticeably as her overdriven heart started to fail.
She fell to her back at the top of the stairs, fists clutched into her cleavage and pressing against her sternum to relieve the pain and pressure. The failing muscle within only managed to get a productive beat off every third or fourth skip, and her vision started to creep dark as a strange new rhythm came- extremely rapid thumps of ventricular tachycardia. She breathed heavy as the fat worthless heart struggled, skipped- and fibrillated.
Mercifully, a sound broke through her final moments of lucidity.
"Hey Ry! Sorry to drop by, wanted to see how that pill wa- oh my god!"
Her last memory before waking in the hospital was her friend crushing her sternum to force her pathetic, weak heart to beat, and thw sound of a 911 operator.

I’ve gotten a few requests for a sleeping heartbeat recording, but never really been able to do it since I struggle to get to sleep in the best of circumstances. However, I was recently prescribed some sleeping pills as part of a treatment and they work pretty well so I decided to try again. I set audacity on a timer record to start about 40 minutes after I went to bed and end exactly two hours later. This is that entire recording, start to finish. There are a few extra noises throughout, and some pretty loud sections where I was moving around in my sleep. I’ve done my best to go through and quiet those sections down without just cutting them out. I’ve not listened the whole recording through, so if you hear anything interesting, let me know. I always enjoy hearing others’ observations and comments about my heart :)

Once again, just sitting around when my heart started pounding. It felt like it was shaking my chest with every beat, super visible. Unfortunately I wasn’t in a position to catch any video, but I did have my steth close enough to hand to record audio. Sorry for any background noises, I was holding the steth with my hand since it was a quiet day and I wasn’t exactly dressed

Nothing like a good workout to get my little heart thumping. Especially when it's boiling hot in my room... Let me know what you think :)

I was live! Normally I’ll take these stream posts down after I’m done, but I’m not posting enough so I’ll leave this one here. If you want to catch me live in the future, I usually stream at around midnight UK time. Subscrible to my youtube channel or keep an eye out here for anouncement posts. Chilling out, clicking heads and pumping blood. No stress, just lub-dub. I may or may not take some anti anxiety medication later on, so lets find out what that does to my heart. Feel free to say hi, or let me know how I'm sounding :)

I’ve been feeling pretty rough recently. One thing that’s giving me real mixed feeling is the effect it’s had on my heart. On one hand, it’s hard to not kinda love any time my heart is slamming in my chest. On the other hand, probably shouldn’t be hitting 100+ bpm just sat in my chair listening to a podcast. Here’s a little sample of my heart while I was just kinda sitting around, feeling nervous about nothing specific. Let me know what you think :)

Actually recorded this a little while ago. Took a while to post because I always get kind of anxious when I go to post stuff. I should probably set myself a schedule again really, start getting stuff out more regularly since I do genuinely enjoy it.
I decided to do a quick recording while I was winding down for the night and watching a show at my PC. Nothing fancy, just some chill beats. Let me know what you think :)
Was watching Justice League S2.E22, in case you were wondering

I’ve been doing daily workouts for a while now. Whether they’ve had any affect on me is debatable, so maybe I should be trying harder. Recording is pre-workout until about 2:03, then it cuts to afterwards. I tried to move the steth around a bit, catch my heart from multiple places. It’s been a while, so I think I didn’t do a great job. Still, enjoy!

Hi, I’m probably not going to make a whole new social media account for one person. If you desperately want to share stuff then you can always make an account here or just on google under some dumb name like kgv41 and be selective on what and who you share with.
