you’re telling me d&d planned to have jaime slowly realise, over the course of 7 seasons, SEVENTY episodes, and very much thanks to brienne of tarth, that his sister was bad for him and toxic and harboured more hate and worse morals than him, to the point where he left her to go to winterfell to seek out brienne of tarth, the woman who helped open his eyes to all this, so that he finally could be proven as an honourable man in public by said woman, and so that, as an honourable man, he could take the virginity of said woman — only to have him leave to die with his sister after he figures out his sister sent a man he used to call his friend to kill him in the span of two episodes? it’s bullshit and complete character assassination
