The only person I can talk to about my legion ocs is my friend who doesn't play new Vegas (I guess they could say the same for me because I don't play deltarune)

Chapter 4, Domino, Mary-Beth, Journal
MB: How about we make this interesting? Whoever wins gets to read the other ones journal.
A: Oh no, I don't think so.
MB: What have you got to hide?
A: Plenty.
MB: Now I really want to read it.

Please make art. You don't have to bare your soul or make a masterpiece, you can be silly and you can be derivative if you want. You don't even have to show it to anyone. Just please make something, it's so good for you

So this is kind of like the precursor to the piece i reblogged. Honeslty i prefer it without the shading but that just means i have to learn how to shade better so here it is down below

Okay! Lore dump nobody gaf about down here!
From left to right these are my two ocs, Constantine Davids and Terrance Park. Constantine is named after a Roman saint who converted Rome to Christianity while Terrance is like a terrace like he's kind of named after man made structures. You know how people in the army have call signs? Their calls signs are Eagle and Hawk because they're a pair of snipers who watch over their contubernia from afar and Constantine has his hair styles like a bald eagle and Terrance has a Mohawk.
The reason why Eagle has a big green cloak is because, despite the fact that he's legion, he doesn't support their cause. Green is the opposite of red and having it cover the majority of his uniform is his way of protesting against them.
Hawk just has a red scarf added onto his design because he's legion and proud. I tried to make his shape language kind of triangular while for Eagle it's boxed in (kind of a missed opportunity, giving him a kind of cornrows instead of box braids but from watching Dr stone I know corn is abundant in America and he's like very American spirted in the way that his call sign is literally eagle)
Eagle was originally from The New California Republic, living right around the border of Arizona before he was captured and made into a legionary. Before that he was a doctor with extremely steady hands, often performing amputations and surgeries since he lived in a place that was constantly raided by the legion.
Hawk on the other hand was raised in the legion but he grew up watching slaves and legionnaires fight in the arena in his town and has a bit of a sports betting addiction. He has really good eyesight, like a 10 in perception which really helps him as a sniper. He could never fight in the arena though, because when he's full of adrenaline, he gets tunnel vision and can't see much in his periferal.
Snipers work in pairs (thank you Boone) so Hawk will usually act as Eagles spotter. Eagle uses a sniper rifle while Hawk uses a hunting rifle, the difference being the hunting rifle lacks a scope, plus the body is made of wood rather than metal to cue you into their origins because legion are very behind on technology.

One detail I love about the game is the difference in skin textures;
Most gang members have slight sunburns on their faces and some sun-related pigmentation, which makes sense given their lifestyle; even Dutch with his attempts to look like part of high society can't avoid it
(sorry for the no beard jumpscare, this was taken off of Reddit)
However, characters like Mary and Bronte who don't share their lifestyle have either a smooth complexion or little to no sun damage.

Although I know it's unrealistic since it's one of the places the bombs hit first, I really want a Fallout game to take place in New York just because I want a quest that has to do with Broadway. Like imagine a bunch of ghouls putting on plays and they ask you to get costumes because they want to put on a post-apocalyptic version of Hamilton.
