He'd make sure to let them know that someone else was rooting for them. Indeed, all of his teammates were working incredibly hard every day at school and their other after-school activities. He was happy to have met Ruferu too, even if he was a little too serious for an owl creature - he always guided them when they were lost.
So, she was in 2-D with Shu. Interesting to know.
"I see. So, you're classmates." A nod and when it's turn to introduce himself, he bows his head a little, careful of the food in front of him. "My name's Tatsu. I'm in class 2-C. Nice to meet you, Akamatsu-san. Shu-kun's a good friend of mine. Good to see he's meeting more people. He's never been a sociable person. What brings you here? Besides the food, that is." He chuckled.
Kaede was equally as happy to find someone so kind. Most people probably would have brushed her off or told her to go away, so she was very relieved he was fine with her sitting here.
"Thanks! It really is." Her top favorite burger, for sure. Though she liked the different kinds of burgers here in general. "I see! It's always nice when you and your friends have a usual 'hangout spot' like that. Oh, sounds like they're working hard out there: good luck to them!" They sounded like nice friends to her, working hard out there...she admires people like that.
"Oh- yeah, I am! I see you're from that school, too! My name's Kaede Akamatsu, and I'm a second year from class 2-D. Oh...! Now that I think about it, Kanou-kun is from my class, too... Though I haven't really talked to him much.. And how about you? What's your name?"
#ahogechef#ic;#v; main#djdjdjd I SWEAR HE'S SURROUNDED BY YAPPERS IN HIS TEAM!!! But he doesn't mind at all tbh - he just zones out and listens too#but yeeeah will do!! hop in my IMs whenever u want too! :3c

His smile widened a bit as a hand sheepishly toyed with his red hair in response. Guitar lessons from the only girl who had a real interest in the instrument sounded like a dream true to him. He didn't need to think twice about it since she was offering to teach him as well.
"Sure, I don't mind. We can start right now, but um... I don't know how different an acoustic guitar is from a bass." He admitted, gaze flickering over to the guitar on her person. "If you could show me, we could start practicing now. Better now than later, right?"
"Really? I'm so glad!"
Somehow, Tatsu always seems to know just the right thing to say to encourage Ayaka. Knowing that her passion can be heard in her music is something that makes her happy, and even a little excited. She's always been someone who tends to shy away from social interaction and gets nervous around people, so she had been a little worried it wouldn't show...
"I'd love to hear you play, Tatsu-san." she responds to his offer with a smile.
"Thank you. Maybe I'll even be able to teach you a song or two, too! ...If you don't mind, that is."
#phantomtorched#ic;#v; main#yeah totally! i'd love to see that happening too!#her outfit is so cool i wish i could pull her lol

Sometimes, he felt bad for her. It's like he was the only one who truly paid attention to her playing while everyone else were spectators who didn't stay for longer than two minutes. He had seen how disappointed she can be despite the smile on her face. He clapped for her when she finished once again, a kind smile on his face.
"That was great! I could feel your passion as you played, Ayaka-san, so you have nothing to worry about. You know, I play the bass at my music school club, and I could teach you a song or two if you want. Maybe that can boost your confidence, and more people will come around?" It never hurt to try, in his opinion. Helping out his bonds and friends was part of the contract he had made.
When Ayaka smiles at Tatsu, the uncertainty that had been there until a second ago seems to have drained out of her a little more.
"Thank you for listening!" she exclaims, and truth be told, her heart is beating faster after her performance - but it's not a bad kind of feeling at all. If anything, the thrill of knowing he's heard her song is exciting, even if she's not quite sure she'd have the same reaction if it were anyone else listening.
"What did you think? I know I need to practice more, but... I'm pretty happy with it right now."

"It's okay." It's a good thing he ran into such a kind person instead of the usual ones without desire who kept going on about meaningless their lives were. Something had to be done about them and the current Palace they had been exploring, although none of them could be sure how close they were to the end. He should enjoy his time off while it lasted.
"That sounds good." Avocado wasn't his favorite, though, as he preferred normal ones from Big Bang Burger whenever he got there. "You could say that. My friends and I are regulars here. But they're busy doing their own thing today. Motoha's practicing at the battling cages and Shun is probably working at a restaurant. You're... from Kokatsu High too, right?" He could tell from the emblem on her uniform and bag.
"Oh thank you so much!! Sorry about this!" A relieved smile widens on her face, nodding in gratitude before taking her seat. "I forgot how busy this place gets around this time! I was really worried for a second I was going to be out of luck finding a seat, so I really appreciate you letting me sit here."
Not that she minded sitting with a stranger, but she knows most people wouldn't like that. She's glad she can sit with someone kind... "Yeah! I got an avocado burger combo meal, myself. I looove the ones they serve here..." She then glances at what he got. "Your stuff looks pretty good, too! Do you come here often?" She asks with a curious smile, herself!
#ahogechef#v; main#queue;#YAPPER GIRL DJDJDJD HE'S USED TO IT FROM HIS FRIENDS TBH#okay gotcha!! making her a part of Koktsu Academy sounds good too! easier for him too tbh-#but yeah plotting is good too imo!!

"Your... keyring?" Tatsu tilted his head, puzzled. Of course, this wasn't the first time someone had come to him for aid. Due to his kindness and generosity, he had helped people find lost items often, and this person was no exception. He had a nagging feeling in the back of his mind that they had met before... but he couldn't put his finger on it.
Eventually, he shook his head. "Can't say I have, sorry, but we can start looking together. I don't mind helping you out. It must be around here somewhere."
